This beach cottage home is a 3-5 minute walk to the fantastic Laguna Beach. Located in a quiet, friendly, golf cart-approved community, Pelican`s Landing is a beautiful home to spend some much-needed beach time.

This brand new construction home is a 3-5 minute walk to the fantastic Laguna Beach. Located in a quiet, friendly, golf cart-approved community, Pelican`s Landing is a beautiful home to spend some much-needed beach time.

Pelican`s Landing has three bedrooms, including two king beds and a set of twin bunks. There are two bathrooms, the master is private to the bedroom, and the hall is shared between the guest bedroom & bunkroom.

Laguna Beach is one of the last stretches of Panama City Beach with no developments beachside. It is home to the Carousel Grocery and Liquor Store, Thomas`s Donuts, and Back Beach BBQ, which we highly recommend all three. Each of our homes in Laguna Beach is within a 5-minute walk. There is generally plenty of parking along the road and multiple walk-down accesses with no stairs to traverse.

Bicycles and Golf Carts are an amazing way to get around the area. Many vendors in the area send us a message about who we recommend. Check in and park the vehicle for the duration of your stay. Flip Flops are required.

4th of July Family vacation

This is the most precious little house. The kids had a blast and loved the bunk bed! I’m so blessed to have found this place for my family. We absolutely will try to book here next year.

Like Staying with Your Friend Who Thinks of Everything

The hosts really do think of everything! Not only is the property clean and comfortable, it's stocked with everything you need to feel at home--even extra soap and trash bags. The beach is an easy walk through a quiet neighborhood, but we also never had trouble finding parking when we drove. The keyless entry, outside shower, and covered patio made it even more convenient. This isn't a party house, it's more like staying at your most put together friend's place.

Some good/Some bad

New, nice looking house. Lots of things to make you feel at home. Firestick did not work regularly. Contacted agent and he asked if internet worked. It did at the time then went out. Contacted agent again and was ghosted. Still haven't heard from anyone. Agent said I could check in early because house was ready. Floor was not mopped, dirty smudges on fridge, door handles, and on the barn door. Clean is important now because of covid. I pay a cleaning fee with house rent. Where does it apply? Loved the house. Didn't care for the dirt and lack of TV, Wi Fi, and lack of communication after I asked for problem to be address. I live in a retirement community and we share info about our experiences because we all travel a lot. I'm disappointed because I would have liked to continue to stay here. Thanks, Sue Omes

Great Location

Cute house with a great outside patio, even has a shower. Located close to the beach, Thomas Donuts and Carousel Grocery. The hosts were very responsive with any questions asked. Overall, we had a great stay!

New 2021 beach cottage in an 'old' Florida feels neighborhood. Modern finishes include white quartz countertops, a full kitchen with stainless appliances, and stocked for all your cooking needs. Both king master bedrooms offer memory foam beds for an amazing night's sleep. The bunk room is just the perfect space for the kids and a full-size desk should work follow to the beach. An open concept living, dining, and kitchen for a family vacation spent together! A covered side patio, outdoor shower, and privacy fence to enjoy grilling dinner and evenings of great conversation watching the sky turn all the fiery hues.

The Laguna Beach Community offers a two-mile span of beach owned by homeowners and deeded to them; it will never be developed! The Carousel Grocery store is a skip hop away, and Thomas' Donut and Snack Shack are not much further. Also, one of the last communities allowing golf carts to explore the community or take to the beach.
