Welcome to Aqua Marina at Dos Marinas I.

Located on the easternmost tip of Puerto Rico, Fajardo is a great base if you want to explore Puerto Rico's nearby islands and cays. Known for breathtaking views and pristine natural reserves, the town is only 40 minutes away from SJU airport. Home to a half-dozen marinas — one of them the largest one in the Caribbean — Fajardo is leader in sailing, parasailing, catamaran chartering, and much more. Dos Marinas is the tallest residential building in the entire island with the most amazing oceanfront views and a wide array of boats and sailboats around the area. This Beachfront property has a large outdoor swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, multiple gazebos and a private beach area. The property is surrounded by palm trees and beautiful landscaping. Just walk out the back door of the resort to dip your toes in the sand, ride the waves, or simply settle down with a new book.

Fantastic apartment with beautiful view, very clean and safe. Not too far from the beach. Has everything you need. Only downfall is there’s no hot water in the shower. But that’s just the building, nothing to do with the apartment owner.

Loved the view of ocean, marina & Pelikans. Loved thoughtful touches--plush towels, chair swing in balcony, beach chairs, string lights. Beachy remodel, clean, uncluttered. We walked the property and set up beach chairs on the small rocky beach each night. Within walking distance of excursions to other islands.

Beautiful View

Wished I could have stayed here longer! I loved listening to the sound of waves and frogs/insects during sunset. Apartment was very modern, check-in/check-out was easy, and communication with Xavier was quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous View

We had four stay here (husband, myself, and kids). It was the most beautiful view with nearby activities and beaches. We loved the back porch and little swing on the porch. We drove to 7 Seas and had a wonderful day there and took a trip to Vieques for the day to snorkel. We would definitely stay here again. Owner was extremely responsive with any questions and flexible.

Everything was great! My only recommendations are related to the swimming pool. The swimming pool need maintenance, it was not suitable for swimming.
