Ideal for a family because there is only one room. The shower is in the same room and the dry toilet outside the studio, 5 meters away. Two people can sleep downstairs if needed. No wifi and little network

You are located 2 minutes walk from the Loire and 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Saint-Brévin-les-Pins and the ocean snake of the Sculptor Huang Yong Ping. You can also swim and do water activities, at the lake of Saint-Viaud or at the Quai vert, on the Martinière canal 10 minutes away by car.

You can park your car right in front of or even inside the property upon prior request.

My small studio on the first floor, and with an individual entrance, awaits you in my garden. You will feel the calm of the countryside and the village life, being located near the quays and the Loire. You will visit the Japanese garden of the Voyage à Nantes and the charms of the Paimblotine beaches near the lighthouse and the pine forest.

Not far from the main roads to Nantes, St Nazaire and La Baule, Guérande, Pornic, La Brière or Brittany. In 40 minutes, you can be in Nantes, in about 20 minutes in St Nazaire and the whole Côte d'Amour (La Baule, Pornichet, ...)
