The cabin is next to Angelina National Forest. Come enjoy. Cassels Boykin is a mid lake boat ramp. This area is known for the fishing.

This property was nice. It would be a perfect spot for a larger group because you can book both sides of the duplex. Everything was clean and simple.

Nice place to stay for a fishing weekend. Very clean, close to several boat ramps, and close to Zavalla.

Perfect fit for 3 fishermen looking to spend a few days fishing, relaxing, & having a great time.

Clean, great beds; liked having a washer/dryer; sometimes hard to find items like the bathtub mat (found it underneath the kitchen sink, probably need some type of labeling system would help); plenty of cooking pots/pans and cooking/grilling utensils; Excellent location close to several boat ramps; Plenty of hot water for 3 grown men for showers; One issue might be the narrow spiral staircase going up to the 3rd bed for a big man, but we managed. All 3 of us agreed that we would come back again if it meets our timing. Jim and Amanda were great hosts.

Cabin

This is a really clean, new cabin with comfortable beds and great lighting outside as well as in kitchen, bathrooms and living room/bedroom. The reason I would not give this cabin a 5 is it could use a window covering over the kitchen window and the bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Just like last year

Perfect for me and my grandson and our fishing at Sam Rayburn. Clean, quite neighborhood and close to the boat ramp. Also perfect place to park the boat. We’ll be back next year if it’s available.

Great for tournament fishing

The house is awsome. Very clean and user friendly. Excellent if you have a boat. Very close to boat ramps or town to get gas or groceries. I will be staying here again.

Perfect for us

My grandson and I come down every year to Sam Rayburn lake for fishing and fun with our family that lives nearby. We’ve rented several VRBO houses in the area and this was the best for us. Just as advertised, it was well supplied, had a perfect boat parking spot, was very clean and in a quite neighborhood. Everything worked perfect. We’ll rent it next year if it’s available during that time.

Nice property

Very clean. Expected 2 beds and there were 3. The only negative is trying to back a boat into the carport, especially at night. The road out front is very narrow and there's not much maneuvering room to back into the driveway. Once in, the carport is long and has both electrical plug and water spicket.
