Arcadia Cottage (Main House): Step into history within the beautifully restored 1917 main house, featuring a classic front porch, an inviting open-plan living room, a three-season screened porch perfect for game nights or lazy afternoons, a well-appointed kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms (master with ensuite bath & stacked washer/dryer), and two additional bedrooms each with unique sleeping arrangements (twin XL over queen bunk bed with twin XL trundle in one and two queen beds in the other) with an additional shared full bathroom in the hallway.

Shake Cottage: This charming cottage boasts a unique vintage aesthetic with the sweet, earthy scent of tobacco from its reclaimed, cured-beam rafters, a kitchenette with a stunning vintage farmhouse sink and generous island with seating for two, a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a cozy living space.

Stone Pool House: Enjoy a private and tranquil getaway in this classic pool house, featuring a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and private access to a full bathroom (part of the Pool House changing area). French doors open to allow for delightful al fresco dining poolside.

Large Heated Hot Tub: Unwind and rejuvenate in our generously sized hot tub (heated year-round, 5 pm-10 pm), perfect for soaking up the stars.

Professionally installed Putting Green: Bring your own clubs and balls and get a some practice rounds in right in the backyard

Fire Pit & Outdoor Seating: Gather around the inviting fire pit (with provided wood stored outdoors – may not be dry after heavy rains) for cozy evenings with family and friends. Enjoy additional seating areas including Adirondack chairs and a picnic table, creating an array of perfect spots for relaxation and conversation.
