Sand Dancer #3 was just renovated and is ready to accommodate you on your next family vacation to SPI!

This second floor condo has a wonderfully decorated living room which offer ample seating room for guests to relax, socialize, and watch the flat screen tv. This couch in the living room pulls out to a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The coastal decor in this condo is a must see!

Guests will love preparing family meals in this beautiful kitchen with updated countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils which makes cooking a breeze! The dining table accommodates four (4) people comfortably and the kitchen countertop offers another four (4) seats for extra space.

When its time to rest, guests will be very comfortable in the two bedrooms this condo has to offer.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, flat screen tv, and en suite master bathroom.
The nicely decorated guest bedroom entails a queen bed.

When its time to cool off and take a dip, guests will love the pool area in this condominium complex!

We enjoyed our stay, place had everything we needed to feel at home. Didn't have the deal with traffic and parking, it was a short walk away to the beach. An improvement would be New box springs, new mattress and new pillows. Other than that it was good. Definitely will enjoy doing business with you again.

Terrible showers need handicap bars. Replace the sofa it's junk, along with the mattress. Didn't sleep well. Spi rental was great to work with, all staff gets 💯 excellent service. Thank you.

Such a perfect location!

This is the second time I have stayed in this condominium. The property itself is very well maintained and the pool is clean and sparkling. You have everything you need in the condo itself from washer/dryer along with detergent, dish soap and dish washer soap. These little details make all the difference. The check in process is simple along with the check-out process. This will be my go-to condo when I am on the island.

Great Location

This condo is well equipped with updated appliances and was very clean. Having a washer-dryer is a real plus. The location is excellent, being only one block from beach access. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated since the water temperature was only 65 and too cold to use. SPI was very quick to solve a shortage on bath linens and fix a leaky toilet. They were there within 45 minutes and solved both issues. Our only complaint was the bar stools in the kitchen and also the dinette are hard and very uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise we had a good stay.

Love the Island

Love being at South Padre. Had a few issues with the condo. Not very well supplied in the kitchen. The bed linens could be replaced, and the rug in the living room is very stained. The bedspread didn't look clean so we took it over to SPI and let them clean them. We tried to get a lower level condo but could not get an answer for anyone about getting one. My sister and her friend that stayed with us had a very hard time with the stairs.

Nice surprise

Sometimes it's hard to judge by pictures only, but this property is exactly what you see in pictures. The unit is clean, bright and very relaxing. Pretty much has everything that you will need for a very comfortable stay. The pool was so nice and very clean, we had it to ourselves! The location is perfect just a short walk to The Wanna Wanna and the beach. The property management company SPI was great to work with. Very easy check in process, we sent our information ahead of time. Once check in time came around we were text a code. As far as checkout we simply called when we left! Such an easy process for a great stay. This will be our go to property in the future!

Great time in South Padre

The property was nice and clean! Short walk to the beach access point which was so convenient (don’t have to hassle with trying to find parking and makes a quick trip back to the condo after a long day of fun in the sun) z Overall we enjoyed our stay with SPI Rentals! We will be back again.

Issues related to the property were handled promptly and resolved with the exception of the dryer issue. Multiple visits and repairs improved the problem but did not completely eliminate it. Overall, loved the unit. If possible, would appreciate a normal height table and chairs in the dining area for my scheduled visit next year. Would recommend this agency.

Very pleased

We loved this newly decorated condo. We rented a golf cart the entire week and was able to carry all our things to the beach this way. Very nice condo! The check in process was fast and smooth! Will definitely be coming back!

Great Beach Family Vacation

Condo was clean and comfortable, everything looked brand new. Easy walk to the beach and the Wanna Wanna grill down the street had great snacks and Turbo Pinas. We had a great stay.
