This fully updated home is a unique property with its 8 person spa, large heated pool w/waterfall, rooftop deck overlooking the gulf, and it's 5 suite layout. The "Swordfish Suite" is over 1500 sq ft and has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two of the bedrooms have king beds with en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. It also features a private covered porch and views of the ocean from the living room, porch, and master bedroom. Also has its own laundry.

The "Coral Suite" is 2 king bedrooms and 2 full baths. Full eat in kitchen, living room, and laundry.

The "Turtle Suite" is 2 bed, 1 bath which includes 1 king bedroom and1 bedroom with a queen and bunk bed. Full eat in kitchen, living room, and laundry. This unit has as slider and it's own covered porch overlooking the pool.

The "Starfish Suite" is 2 bedrooms, 1bath which includes 1king bedrooms, and1 bedroom with a queen and bunk bed. Full eat in kitchen, living room it also shares a mud room with the Flip Flop Suite.
The "Flip Flop Suite" is 1 king bedroom with a full bathroom. This space has it's own living room with a kitchenette and small dining area. The living room has as slider overlooking the pool.

There are smart tv's in all rooms and high speed internet blankets the entire property. Outside is perhaps the best feature yet though with a large patio space with, multiple tables, chaise lounges, sitting areas, 2 propane grills, and a tiki-bar! Relax after a day at the beach with your brand new Smart TV and sectional couches placed underneath a deck area to wind down with a movie, or watch the big game! The pool, quite large for an island property, is heated to 85 degrees always and has a beautiful rock waterfall with multi-colored LED lights for evening swimming. Decks go around much of the property with ocean views. There also is a rooftop patio with with tropical ocean views.

The luxury Moxy 4S 6-Seat Golf Cart is included in your rental! Cruise the island in style and comfort. Perfect for groceries, beach gear, keeping your drinks chilled in the built-in cooler, or whatever your adventure calls for. Stay connected with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto built in to the touchscreen infotainment system and when the sun sets hit that under-glow lighting switch to turn every ride into an experience like no other! Lastly, The beach access across the street takes you directly to perhaps the most beautiful section of open sand on the Island as it largely used just by the locals due to limited access to the public. Before heading to the beach, be sure to stop by the garage to grab everything you will need for your day - surfboards, a paddle board, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, life jackets, and large pull cart to carry everything.

This home is centrally located for enjoying everything on the island. A 5 minute walk brings you to Publix (grocery), Dunkin Donuts, great beach shops, and restaurants. The AMI trolley stops are located across from Publix. This free trolley travels the length of the island and is an excellent way to get around, especially if you don't have a car. As a note there is a noise ordinance on the island that we ask all renters to honor out of respect for all island residents. Thanks for looking.

All access is controlled remotely and no interaction between owner and guest is necessary.

There are 8 parking spaces at the home and there is a free trolley on the island that goes right by the house and can take you anywhere you want to go on the island. It comes by about every 20 minutes. There are also fun rentals available on the island such as bikes and scooters if desired. Please inquire for recommendations.
