Enjoy a comfortable Home and many fun adventures in Ottertail County.

Private home with 3 bedrooms, Master suite with king size bed and private master bathroom. Two bedrooms on the lower level with queen size beds and shared bathroom. Washer and dryer on the lower level and a small sitting area with TV.
TV's available in the living room and four season porch with internet, wireless Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime and You Tube and much more.
Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with tile floor.
Wood floors throughout the rest of the house, open floor plan in the living room, dinning room and kitchen. Living room looks out on the lake and sliding glass doors open onto deck with views over looking a large wooded area and the lake, zero entry into the lake and there is a dock available for a boat. Swimming and boating is available throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall. We do have kayaks available as well.
There is 5.5 acres to walk around on the property, enjoy the beautiful gardens, large oak trees which provide shade and a place to relax and get out of the sun.
This home is a very comfortable living space, clean and neatly cared for since 2006.

Quiet and peaceful setting

Dave & Dianna are perfect hosts, checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Quiet peaceful lake home, 3 well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed. 2 nice decks and a beautiful sandy beach with plenty of beach chairs. Lake bottom was sandy and weed free. Located on a quiet road perfect for our daily walks. Dianna has the most beautiful flower gardens on the property. This is a great place to make family memories.

Peaceful escape away from it all

Our family had a fantastic time away from city life at this rural getaway location! Gorgeous landscaping, a huge backyard with majestic oak trees everywhere and a large sandy beach to hang out at. Caught several northerns off the dock and the view of the stars at night was fantastic! David and Dianna were excellent hosts and gave us all a wonderful house tour when we arrived. They are quick to respond to any questions and live close by. Great spot to make special memories with your family!

Tranquility with reservations

Great place with 2 reservations. Beautiful grounds and comfortable main level of the house. The “lower level” more accurately a basement was down a challenging flight of stairs as there was no handrail for the top third, and quite chilly from the ac. There was a note inside the door asking you to remove your shoes which I thought should be mentioned in the listing. When I mentioned the basement temperature the hostess offered to turn on the hall heater which I had not noticed.

Visiting the Family in the Area

Beautiful Property!! Enjoyed our time with brothers and their wives. Weather was perfect! Hosts Dave and Dianna were fantastic; friendly, accommodating, helpful in providing information on the area. We would LOVE to go back!!

Wonderful and peaceful

Absolutely wonderful property! Dianna and Dave are amazing and so kind! We had everything we needed to enjoy the cottage and lake. The lake area is amazing. The beach is sandy and our kids enjoyed the toys that were there. We will be back again to enjoy this property!!!!

Family wedding

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming house while attending a family wedding in the area! Dave and Dianna were wonderfully gracious host and attentive to all our needs! The house and grounds were wonderfully spacious and beautiful. We did notice that the water had an unusual odor. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

It's incredibly quiet but often bustling with with kids, grandkids, friends and family, who are laughing, playing in the sand, kayaking and swimming. Always...at the end of the day sitting on the beach enjoying the campfire, there isn't anything more peaceful.
