The renovation was excellent. This was one of cleanest and well equipped rooms I've stayed in and the grocery store was steps away. The host was also very kind. Check in is at 3pm, don't show up early, as there is a 20 dollar an hour early check in fee

Not a nice place to stay

I usually start with positives so here it is… The local brewery down the street was the best part of this place! Awesome food, beer and service. Upon checking in to the Inn, we were asked to wait outside while the person on the desk checked in someone on the phone? Super strange? When we got our room it looked like it was a bit run down, the pictures were definitely altered for VRBO There was “smeared” something on the bathroom wall. Parking is quite tight, good luck if you have a truck or unable to back in. Having never been to Long Beach, I would suggest you keep on driving, shady area probably because it is so close to the beach. Walls are paper thin, so our lovely neighbors kept us up most of the night with their shenanigans This was the worst place we have ever stayed at. I would not recommend this place ever
