Ideal location in the core of Mountain Village for any Telluride /Mountain Village vacation year round. This beautifully decorated luxury 2 bed/2 bath condo has the best ski-in/ski-out location regardless of your skill level in Mountain Village. All new furnishings and appliances. Located in the center of all activities regardless of the season. Located at the top of lift one, step out the door, put your skis on and go. In the summertime spend your evenings on the balcony overlooking Sunset Plaza and enjoy the weekly summer concert series. A short 3 min walk to the free Gondola that connects you to the town of Telluride or to the market to grab groceries.

Modern mountain décor welcomes you with a large picture window that looks slope-side towards Palmyra Peak. Inside you have an open concept kitchen, dining, living area with split bedroom floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Dining table has seating for six, and the living room allows you to relax with a Smart TV and gas-powered fireplace. Spend your time on the balcony enjoying the gondolas quietly gliding by. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with king beds and Smart TV’s.

Perfect in every way!

First off I want to thank the most tentative host we have ever had. Kimber was not only fast at responding to questons I had but extremely kind and helpful. Providing us with tips and Ideas during our stay. We were so happy with her appartment and accomodations that rather than stay 3 nights we extended our stay for 3 more. We had more than we needed as the appartment was perfectly stocked with all the necessities. My daughter was even happy to fix dinner in the well equiped kitchen. The balcony was an absolute plus as we were able to enjoy live music right from above. The place was extremely clean and every area was absolutely comfortable, especially the beds with frech linens. I was also happy to know our vehicle was just 2 floors down under a secured garage. To make it even better we did not have to use it at all as we had all the entertainment and fun right outside our door. The Gandolas were only a few minutes away. There was so much to do we never lost a moment in enjoying our stay. By far one of our best vacations. We plan on returning for sure. There is so much more positive thoughts I can share. Bottom line I just totally recomment this wonderful rental. Thank you again sincerely Kimber for sharing your amazing space! God Bless!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It is super convenient to everything. Great set up all around and better views than I expected. The steam shower was great after a long day on the mountain. The second room with the bunk beds was great for kids also.

Amazing location and fabulous property owner!

My family of 4 have stayed in this building several times but this was our first time staying in this unit. We knew it was a wonderful location but Kimber, the owner, is amazing! She is incredibly accommodating and responsive. The unit is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. It was just right for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location, very close to the Gondola station. Kimber was a wonderful host - clear check-in instructions, quick/responsive communication during our stay, and truly made us feel welcome in her home. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is very clean. The furnishings are new and the beds are super comfy! We’ve made many trips to Telluride and this was one of our favorite stays. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for families!

We had a wonderful stay in Mountain Village! The condo was perfectly located, so comfortable & easy to stay in! Our family truly enjoyed a great vacation. We had friends staying in a hotel & there was room for them to join us for lunch or in between ski runs! Kimber was an excellent communicator & any questions I had she answered very quickly & did not make us feel intrusive. I cannot wait to return!

Last minute getaway

Our family really enjoyed this property in Mountain Village. Kimber made the check in process easy and was always just a phone call or text away. The condo was super spacious, stylish and clean. We very much felt like it was a home away from home. The location was great, everything was pretty much right outside the condo, including the gondolas. The only thing negative thing about our stay was a couple of loud customers at the pub next door. Luckily they owners provided a nice little sound machine and that did the trick. Overall it was a great property for the price!

This condo could not have been more perfect - location is fabulous!! Kimber was a great host - answered all my questions promptly & gave me some great info on the area . The condo has all the amenities you would want , sleep machine was the best ! We didn’t move our car our entire stay. The gondola gives you access to everything so easily . We rented mountain bikes from the store on the first floor of our building & rented bikes to ride in town at bike store in Telluride ag the bottom of the gondola . We had wonderful meals at the Italian & Thai restaurants in Mountain village. We hope to visit again & stay here !

Amazing!!

This place is amazing! We stayed here for four nights in June and did not want to leave. It’s an incredible summer getaway. Everything about this place feels clean and new. The bathrooms are immaculate. The bathroom floor and shower tile seems brand new and the furniture in the house including the beds also seem new. I must mention the steam shower and jacuzzi tub in the master. The steam shower is like a sauna, but also a shower at the same time, so you can steam it up with temperature control, but also run cool water from the shower head at the same time. What a combination! Not sure about the square footage of the condo, but the space feels roomy with generous sized bedrooms and two full sized bathrooms. I’m sure a group or family of 6 would be very comfortable staying here. The balcony is quite big, with a full cover and very nice patio furniture and great BBQ. The view is amazing, overlooking the village square with the mountains in the backdrop. It felt like we were in a ski village in the Swiss alps. This place has all the amenities you would need. Full kitchen with high end gas stove and fully stocked kitchenware. Plenty of power outlets and USB charging ports. An Alexa speaker to play music or ask questions like “what’s the weather”. Cable TV with Roku. We were able to log into our own Netflix account. I believe Hulu was also available as well. There’s even a washer and dryer inside the condo. No stair climbing. The elevator takes you from the parking garage to the condo. As far as location goes, I don’t think it can be beat. There are endless things to do in the summer. Right out the front door. So many hiking and mountain biking trails of all levels. Many restaurants and pubs to choose from. Everything from casual to high end dining. The free gondola, which is just steps away is so convenient. It takes you right in to the heart of town (Telluride) in one direction, or to a great grocery store in the opposite direction. Runs until late night. Bicycle, paddle board, jeep rentals just downstairs. All in all, our impression was, it feels like a luxury home and not a place made just for renting. We didn’t miss home because this place is like a home. We were very happy staying here and I would definitely recommend it. We plan to be return customers. Hopefully for ski season. The only thing we didn’t like about this place is, it’s not ours. :-)

Our family lives in Phoenix, AZ and we happened upon Telluride years ago on a summer road trip to Denver. We loved it so much on our quick stop that we added a few more nights on our return trip. It has now become our go to family vacation. We love to travel and see the world but there is something very unique about Mountain Village and Telluride that brings us back year after year. We hope you find this place as special as we do.

The central location allows us to park the car for the week and walk to everything we need from outdoor activities to shopping and dining. We are steps to the slopes on the middle of the mountain making it ideal for getting the kids out on the slopes with minimal effort and it's a great place to stop when we want a midday hot cocoa break. In the summer we can go on hikes or mountain biking right from the front door.
