It is an old independent restored barn, located in the village on a closed plot of 960 m2, close to Collonges-la-Rouge.



Accommodation: The house is composed on the ground floor: a modern integrated kitchen, a large living room, a living room with fireplace, a bathroom, a toilet and a large garage; and on the first floor of 3 bedrooms (one with 2 beds in 90, and two with each 1 bed in 140), and a separate toilet. Outside, in front of the house you will find a large shaded terrace (tree,store and umbrellas) followed by a park to relax and play with the children. Private swimming pool (dimensions 8mx4m - depth 0.70 to 1.60m, secured by a roller shutter) equipped with beach and shower, sunbathing, parasols, chairs and tables.
