Residence: Combining charm and authenticity, this pretty 18th century house is carefully maintained by its owners. Located in a privileged environment on a park with trees and flowers of about 2500 m2, you can enjoy the quietness of the places and admire a breathtaking view of the Auvergne Mountains. This green setting is ideal to enjoy the calm but also the clean and healthy air of the Correzian countryside. Idyllic setting for nature lovers, ensuring total change of scenery and rest. On the edge of the forest, nice walks on the forest tracks are nearby to discover lakes and pastures.



Accommodation: The house consists of a living room with a wood stove and TV, modern kitchen fully equipped with quality appliances, two bedrooms (2 beds 2 people, 1 bed 1 person, 1 child bed). The bedding is completely new and a 2-person bed has a memory mattress. A bathroom and 1 separate toilet. The accommodation is on the same level with a few steps: for example 2 steps to the entrance and 3 steps to the kitchen and bathroom.
