Residence: Decorated with taste with elegant and warm lines, the house is located on a vast fully enclosed plot of 4500 m2 ; park and maintained with private swimming pool, always sunny with its relaxing lounge area. Combining the charm of the old and modern, the house is fully equipped with home automation and enjoys all the necessary comforts.



Accommodation: The house consists of a large comfortable living room, living/dining room open onto a fully equipped kitchen with access to a pantry/laundry where there is a second (American) fridge, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, a master suite with a double bed 160cm with electric bedding (2x80cm) and a memory of shape, with balcony/terrace, dressing room, TV and its ensuite bathroom with bath Balneo Jacuzzi. On the ground floor a bedroom with a bed 1 person 90cm, a bedroom with a double bed 140cm and a bathroom with Italian shower. Outside, 2 terraces and a swimming pool (salt, 12mx6m). Strong box available.
