You’ll love the soaring cathedral ceilings and calming water views that fill the space with light and airy tranquility. Whether you're strolling, biking, or exploring the island like a local in a rented golf cart (book early—weekends are busy!), this location offers both convenience and serenity.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen if you’d rather cook, or gather in the living room, which comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests thanks to a queen pull‑out sofa. The bedroom features a king‑size bed and private bath with dual vanities and tub/shower combo, plus there’s an additional guest half‑bath.

Start your day with coffee—perhaps on the balcony—and end it bird‑watching amid incredible waterfront views from cozy outdoor seating. Nature’s Landing is the only condo complex on the island with an elevator, making loading in and out effortless. Amenities include ample boat and trailer parking, a boat‑washing station, fish‑cleaning area, swimming pool, BBQ spaces, and a scenic nature trail leading to the dock—ideal for launching kayaks or simply taking in the scenery.

Great Stay!

We had a lovely stay, and the condo was just as described. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the many birds in the area. It is also an easy walk down to the beach and everything on second street. We would definitely stay here again! FYI, the pool/hot tub are not available and the elevator wasn’t working during our visit in November 2024, if those are important to you.

I had 3 different units rented. The door code on one ofthem didnt work the entire time. We reported it but management went to the wrong unit so it never got resolved.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed for the July 4th and the view was perfect! We had a great view of fireworks from the front porch, we never had to leave the condo and fight the crowds!

Loved that gorgeous view! There was one hiccup with the unit’s preparation: there was no bedding on the pull-out couch; but the problem was addressed quickly, and everything went well after that.

Great property located in a quiet cove in this wonderful town that is a poster for old Florida. Easy communication with the hosts..comfy bed and nice amenities. Really nice pool as well.We would recommend anyone staying here!

This place is great, 3rd floor marsh view from the back porch, Gulfview from the front. Cedar Key is small but enough amenities for all. Definitely a must-do again, very relaxing. Rent a golfcart! !

Amazing stay!

Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful condo with us! We were visiting for our 32nd Wedding Anniversary and will for sure be back! Very quiet, friendly property. Condo was beautifully decorated & perfect for the 2 of us! The binocular basket was enjoyed every morning, while drinking our morning coffee on the balcony! Very nice touch! ;-)

Wonderful Time!

The condo was exceptionally clean and in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved the view from the balcony. Condo was perfect. Very easy to work with VRBO and the Management Company. Can't wait to stay here again..

Above and Beyond!!

This visit was to celebrate my husband turning 50 so the staff let me fedex some decorations to them so our unit would be decorated as a surprise for my hubby. We've been binge watching all the Below Deck shows so when he walked in he kept repeating "Who did this?" and then he said "This is like that yacht show!" It was priceless!! I'm very grateful to the staff for decorating and they even threw in their own happy birthday card. AWESOME

Birdwatcher’s Delight!

The condo unit was clean, well furnished and stocked with all the necessary supplies for a great stay. The location is ideal: a short walk to downtown, Dock Street, and the marina. The back balcony overlooks a lovely slough where you can see roseate spoonbills, pelicans, and countless other birds as the tides come and go. Storage is abundant! I loved the large master closet so that all our bags could be kept tucked away. There is also an elevator nearby for ease and convenience. I hope to return!

We love to ride our bikes here coming from the mountains in North Carolina where it is very difficult. We fell involve with the view off our deck where we enjoy spending a lot of time relaxing.
