Keysan Villas got 2 villa next to each other. Each villas got 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and private swimming pool and garden.Sleep 10 people maximum.
3 bedrooms with double beds 2 bedrooms with twinbeds.
Also free WiFi connection and good worklight bathroom with a shower,hair dryer and tv, split air-conditioner in all rooms.
On the photos left hand side we call Villa A and right hand side Villa B. When you are booking which one available we will put you there. If you like specially A or B please sent a message to us for check availability before the complete your booking.
Brand new building in 2021.

KEYSAN Villa A is a high end quality property with excellent facilities. Every aspect has a quality finish with ample amenities inside the villa. Well stocked kitchen, every room has en-suite bathrooms. Really modern looking and spacious. Pool area was beautifully laid out with good shade provided using large parasols. Location is really good, less than 10 mins walk from town centre. Nearest supermarket only 2 mins walk away. One minor issue was the number of sun beds, only 6 provided yet villa sleeps 10. Our group of 8 had to take turns to use beds. Other types of seating is provided.

Modern family villa

This is our second stay at the villa and once again we cannot fault it as we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful who responded to our queries promptly. The villa is located in a quiet area of town with all amenities, the center and tour operators within walking distance. Overall Keysan villa and Dalyan is a great family destination and would highly recommend.

Ideal modern family villa within walking distance to all amenities

The villa was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. It is modern, airy, light and well laid out with a spacious outside sitting area and terrace. The pool and garden are well maintained and cleaned regularly. All amenities are within walking distance including the town center, harbor and local attractions. The owner is very friendly and welcoming who is within walking distance should the need arise. Although we had no issues whatsoever during our 14 night stay. The villa and the town of Dalyan is a lovely family holiday destination and have already recommended to friends and family. Anjum

From 2006 to the end of the summer of 2020, we have served you at the KEYSAN YUNUS HOTEL on the riverside, and from 2021 in the KEYSAN VILLAS, we still work hard to make you comfortable as you were at home).Our other business, ISTANBUL BISTRO, has been serving as a restaurant-cafe-bar since 2019, and we continue to use this place as a meeting place with our friends, whom we have acquired over the years.
