Morgan Estates welcomes you to our Scottsdale Luxury Escape which is just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and downtown Scottsdale. The exquisite backyard spaces were meticulously designed and custom built by the owners themselves. This house, with a luxurious backyard and heated pool, includes many amenities as you would have in your own home and just minutes from restaurants, hiking, golfing, shopping and supermarkets. Our home is not suitable for parties or gatherings of outside visitors.

This home was exactly as listed and suited us perfectly! Centrally located in a great neighborhood, it was convenient to everything we needed. The four bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and the garage game room and pool were fantastic extras that everyone enjoyed. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our stay.

Perfect home away from home

Great communication and wonderful home. Everything you need and then some. Close to Old Town, shopping, restaurants, hiking - everything! The outdoor space was perfect for our family with plenty of seating in the shade or sun. We enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Nearer Scottsdale performing parts center and restaurants.

The property was clean and roomy. Both inside and out made you feel like you were on vacation. Check-in was easy at the property. Owner was kind enough to recommend some restaurants in the area.

Fantastic property near Old Scotsdale

Everything was as advertised. My wife and I were with our four adult children and had a wonderful time! The backyard is resort like and has all the amenities you could want.Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!Thank you Jimmy for a great experience!!

Perfect for girls trip

The house was perfect for a girls trip - we had 5 girls and we all had our own bed and plenty of room. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Great location- close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. The coffee bar was awesome, lots of wine glasses and bar utensils. The only thing that we could have used was more lay out places - 2 of the lay out chairs didn’t have cushions and only 2 rafts. Glad we only had 5 people and not 10 like it says it sleeps. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay. Great house.

We absolutely loved the house. Located a short distance from everywhere you want to be. Games in the garage, full relaxation outside. Plenty of comfortable seating for many different types of hanging out. Highly recommend.

Wonder home and outdoor space!

Our stay was wonderful and the home is exactly as shown in the photos. The main living area was comfortable for our family of five, plenty of space for all and the kids loved the game room. The bedrooms are nice sized, bathrooms were clean and well stocked with anything you may have forgotten at home. The kitchen has anything and everything you may need if you decide to stay in and cook. Plus it was amazing to wake up the first day and have coffee available since we had not made it to the store the day of arrival! The outdoor area was the best part, a warm pool, plenty of chairs, tons of towels, and even some rafts to use. We were very happy with our stay and will be coming back again!

Great rental close to Old Scottsdale!!

We spent 6 nights here and it was beautiful. The house is very well equipped with everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked which made cooking super easy. The backyard has a great pool that we spent most of ours days relaxing by. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. If we ever go back to Scottsdale I would say here in a heartbeat!!

Good Attention to Detail!

Very clean and well equipped property. Conveniently located! Everything was well kept and the extra little things like soaps and spa items were a nice touch. It was too cold to use the pool while we were there but the open concept out to the patio area was perfect for our large group.

Spring Training Home Base

Stayed with a group of friends for a weekend of Spring Training. The house was perfectly appointed for a very enjoyable weekend. The hot tub, pool, pool table, ping pong, and suffleboard helped us pass time between baseball games. The location was walkable (or easily scooterable) to Scottsdale Stadium, and close to the grocery store. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house

Beautiful house I went my family and their boyfriends everyone over 22. They all enjoyed themselves. The only downside is it’s quiet time from 10 to 8 so it wasn’t easy keeping it down at times. I understand their is neighbors but we were also in vacation so it’s a little unnerving worrying if we were too loud. Even inside you can’t be loud. But overall great stay

Great house, great location

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! We had 10 girls and it slept us comfortably with everyone sharing a bed. The backyard is is perfect and we had everything we needed. About a 4-6 min Uber ride from old town and SUPER EASY and fast to instacart groceries or food if you decide not to rent a car. The owner was so easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. The whole experience was great.

An true Scottsdale retreat!

We had a great stay at Cavalier Vista! The house has a great layout and is extremely comfortable. The amenities are outstanding and the house was well stocked. Between the comfortable living area, game room, and outdoor space we were always entertained when at the house and when we wanted to venture out, the location was perfect as it’s close to many activities and a short ride (or walk) away from Old Town. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We are confident we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our Spring Break in Scottsdale. Thank you Jimmy!
