This holiday cottage is located in a small, very quiet village surrounded by forests, with a small municipal playground 300 meters away. Shops are 10 minutes away in both Badonviller and Baccarat. Lake Pierre-Percée is also 10 minutes away, offering various water sports and an adventure park (treetop adventure course, zip line, and bungee jumping). The cottage is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house.
There is a secure front door and a key box system available for late arrivals.
A cloakroom and shoe storage area are provided in the entrance. A secure garage is available for storing skis, bicycles, strollers, etc.
The main level is accessed via a spiral staircase.

First floor: 55 m² living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge area.
Bathroom with separate toilet.

Second floor: Two bedrooms, each 7 m² with a ceiling height of 1.80 meters (12 m² floor area), one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Mezzanine with a sofa bed and play area.

The cottage is perfectly suited for young children, offering stair gates, a wooden crib, a high chair, and a plastic baby bath.
