This holiday cottage is located in a small, very quiet village surrounded by forests, with a small municipal playground 300 meters away. Shops are 10 minutes away in both Badonviller and Baccarat. Lake Pierre-Percée is also 10 minutes away, offering various water sports and an adventure park (treetop adventure course, zip line, and bungee jumping). The cottage is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house.

There is a designated area for coats and shoes in the entrance.

Access to the main level is via a spiral staircase.

First floor: 55 m² living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge area.

Bathroom with separate toilet.

Second floor: Two 7 m² bedrooms with a ceiling height of 1.80 meters (12 m² of floor space), one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Mezzanine with a sofa bed and play area.

The cottage is perfectly suited for young children, offering stair gates, a wooden crib, a high chair, a plastic bathtub, and a stroller.
