This house with private pool is located in a residential area in L'Escala.

A beautiful outdoor space allows the family to enjoy the beautiful south-facing swimming pool. A large space all around offers the opportunity to fully enjoy the Catalan sun.

You can easily park 2 vehicles on the house grounds.

The ground floor consists of the living-dining room which opens to the outside through a bay window.

A very well-equipped open kitchen allows you to cook like at home.

At the rear are 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and WC. This part is fully air-conditioned.

A staircase takes you to the basement which has a large bedroom with a single bed and a sofa and an adjoining double bedroom with bathroom and WC.
This part is not air-conditioned but remains fairly temperate because it is lower than the house.

Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided (beds are made and there are 2 towels per person).

This villa is ideal for families with children.

During your stay, I will welcome you personally on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the important information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).

During your entire vacation, I can be reached 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for all information and problems.

Wundervolles Haus mit tollem Pool in guter Lage von L'Escala

Da wir L'Escala und die Umgebung schon von vorherigen Sommerurlauben kannten, hatten wir 2025 besonders genau gesucht. Dieses Ferienhaus ist uns dann aufgefallen und wurde auch sofort für 2 Wochen gebucht.Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Schlüsselübergabe liefen sehr freundlich und reibungslos ab. Flexibel wurde von William sogar noch auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.Beim Haus selbst hat uns vor allem der große Pool gefallen, der mit dunklen Mosaikfliesen gefliest ist, die das Wasser bereits auf eine angenehme Temperatur erwärmt hatten. Die offene Küche ist gut ausgestattet, was für unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall gereicht hat. Direkt davor im Wohn- und Essbereich gibt es einen großen Esstisch mit Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Die Zimmer und das Bad im EG lassen sich über die Klimaanlage zudem immer auf angehme Temperaturen kühlen. Einzig der Wohnbereich und die Terrasse hätten etwas größer sein können (was uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat).Im Souterrain gibt es zudem ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, einen großen Wohnraum und ein Badezimmer. Im Juli war es dort auch ohne Klimaanlage von den Temperaturen her angenehm und man konnte gut schlafen.Praktisch ist auch die Einfahrt, wobei das Auto nur direkt neben dem Haus etwas im Schatten geparkt werden kann. Der restliche Bereich und der Pool haben den ganzen Tag Sonnne, was für das Schwimmen natürlich super ist. Mit einem großen SUV war das Parken neben dem Haus für uns allerdings etwas eng. Alles in allem aber ein top Haus!

Ein Haus etwas Abseits vom Strand, einige Dinge sollten erneuert werden ( Licht in der Küche funktionierte nur bedingt, die Sauberkeit vom Pool war nicht besonders obwohl William alles Versucht hat das Problem zu erledigen .

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir verbrachten zwei sehr angenehme Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und das Haus selbst war größtenteils sauber, nur der Fußboden war ziemlich staubig. Wir hatten unseren Saugroboter dabei, sodass wir das Problem schnell beheben konnten. Leider waren nur drei Liegen vorhanden, wovon eine auch noch kaputt war. Aber das waren eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Es hat uns gefallen!!!!

Sehr schönes Haus. Man hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. Zum Strand sind es ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos, er hat immer sofort reagiert und sich drum gekümmert. Empfehlenswert!

Très bons moments en famille et entre amis. La ville et la maison sont faciles d’accès. Les plus de la maison : - la place à l’intérieur - les équipements : Clim, lave vaisselle, … - 2 emplacements voitures - piscine au top - commerces à proximité en voiture -…. Les moins : - espace autour de la piscine limité - loin du centre à pied

Bel emplacement

Quartier calme et bien placé. Maison agréable à vivre et bien équipée. Propreté un peu limite cependant. La piscine est très sympa mais elle n'était pas propre à notre arrivée. La personne qui gère son entretien est très serviable. Le mobilier extérieur est abîmé et il n'y a que 3 transats.

Maison avec piscine privée à L'Escala

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison. Elle se trouve dans un quartier calme, très agréable et reposant. Elle a une belle piscine privée. Et sa localisation permets de se rendre à pied dans le centre en un quart d'heure, se qui est très pratique.

Séjour très agréable

Très bien accueilli par William avec une très bonne communication. Location très bien située dans une rue peu passante. La maison est spacieuse et agréable, avec une piscine au top qui est vraiment appréciable. Le seul point à améliorer serait la climatisation un peu trop bruyante. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter. Sylvie et Bruno
