Hello! We moved our family to beautiful Saratoga Springs in late 2016 and we couldn't be happier! November-June we happily share this home with our year-round tenants, and this summer will be enjoying some time together at a nearby campground. If you need anything at all we can be home in a few minutes, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more pleasant.!

When we decided to move our family to Saratoga we wanted a fixer upper in an up and coming neighborhood. We found EXACTLY what we were looking for in this house! Renovating it has been, and continues to be, an absolute joy!
We fell in love with the old fashioned front porch and the interior details. It is amazing each time we gut a room and see the home's history, from the original square nails and horse hair plaster, to the old gaslight pipes and layers of wallpaper giving clues about how the rooms were once used. The downstairs bedroom was once a pantry, then a nursery, then an office. We love living here in this quiet, family-oriented neighborhood within walking distance of EVERYTHING! It is our sincere hope that you enjoy your time here too.
