NEW! Mountain Breeze House +250 Acres Farm And Forest

Welcome to our 4 season Mountain Breeze House and enjoy hiking, biking in summer and snowshoeing, cross country skiing in winter on our 250 acre Sweet Berry Meadows Farm.The House has recently been rebuilt creating a fresh vision befitting its beautiful hilltop setting.

Guest will experience field, forest and mountain views from every room, providing an excellent opportunity to capture breathtakingly beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Our property located in the Lake Region of New Hampshire.

We are excited to share our house and farm with you. We are proud of our efforts and trust our guests to respect our property and follow our rules.

NO EVENTS OR PARTY ALLOWED
Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. Include children in your total guest reservation count. Unless permission is granted in advance by host, not registered quests are not permitted.
Quite hours after 10:00 PM
Due to allergies, Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house and farm in general. If violated, a fine of $1000 will be charged.
Due to allergies, no pets allowed. No exceptions. If violated, a fine of $1000 will be charged.

If on-site repairs or assistances is required during a stay, guests will permit hosts or their representative access to the property to resolve issues.
Due to fire hazard, do not use wood stove or set outdoor fires ( the exception being the fire pit).
Do not leave any food outside as doing so will attract damage causing animals.
Clothes washer and dryer use is permitted only for stays 2 weeks or longer.
All garbage bags need to be tightly tied and carried to the large garbage container located in the adjoining garage.
Please do not rearrange our furniture inside the house.
AT DEPARTURE:
Clean your dirty dishes before check-out.
Leave used beds unmade.
If outside furniture is moved, please return to original locations.
Homeowners are not responsible for any items lost, stolen or left behind.

Our house is a wonderful place to gather and explore, but is Not a party house. Our neighborhood is family oriented and that is how we wish to keep it.
