3450 Living studios offer a cost-effective, efficient space with everything a couple or single person needs including a private balcony, full bath with subway tiles, rain shower, and vessel sink, and a cozy seat in the wall of windows.

This bright and airy unit features a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with wood accents and granite countertops, open-concept storage, a/c, and exposed brick and concrete walls. You’re sure to sleep soundly on the spacious queen bed with the darkening shades pulled over the sound-dampening windows.

You’ll find everything you need to enjoy your stay including a turn-key kitchen, personal bath products, hairdryer, and more. Groceries, personal items, and great restaurants are mere steps from your front door.

You will have access to the rooftop social area with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen space, and a 270° view of the heart of Medellín. To use it you must do a previous reservation at the front desk.

Excellent central location

Conveniently located across the street from the Unicentro Mall that has many restaurants, cafe's for coffee pastry and ice cream, and a very large Exito supermarket. Also convenient the Unicentro mall acts as a taxi stand making it very easy to take a taxi.

Will return again

I loved my stay there how convenient it was for me to walk around and navigate. I felt safe with passcode locked doors. Being next door to the mall and that price for my stay was perfect and affordable this helped very much. Since it was my first trip there. And I had issues prior to me leaving. I but overall enjoyed my trip. The only problem was that my bed was to hard if you have back issues and need soft spread there’s a mall next door

The relaxed atmosphere is perfect for young professionals, students, couples, digital nomads, or friends looking for a cost-effective space in a prime location.
Four floors of modern-chic apartments feature expansive valley views from the balconies, residents also have access to the rooftop social area with jacuzzi.
