The duplex is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

Activities
La Bresse, in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offer a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits.
In summer :
- Over 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike circuits, Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1h away).
In winter
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes' drive from the apartment), the largest ski area in the Vosges
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs)
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, skating rink

Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
