Walk across the street to the cozy beach area (shared with PIER 290 restaurant) to enjoy a craft cocktail while the kids play. Indulge in a gourmet meal before you head in for the night. Have a boat you would like to bring along? Consider Gage Marine's unrivaled valet service to take care of the leg work for you - All you have to do is walk down to the water and jump on board.
The home itself could not be better equipped for long-term stays and entertaining. The lower level consists of two built-in bunks, a lounge area, and a full bathroom - the perfect spot for kids and grandkids. On the main floor, three bedrooms, each with their own attached bathroom, provide secluded sleeping options for guests. The third level boasts a beautiful and bright open-concept living/dining area that looks like something out of a magazine. A half bath and office or extra bedroom can also be found on the third level. Incredible sunrise views await as you open the accordion doors and let the summer breeze fill the room.
