There is no better property from which to enjoy the largest ski resort in the USA. We are pleased to present our remodeled high-end luxury Sundial Lodge Studio!

Sundial Lodge boasts both premier location and premier amenities, as such, it is no surprise that the property has won Conde Nast's Reader's Choice award, putting Sundial Lodge among the top 25 properties in the US West and #1 in Park City, and been recognized by Forbes as one of "The 30 Best Ski-In And Ski-Out Resorts In The World For 2022".

There is no location more convenient than Sundial Lodge, situated at the heart of Canyons Village, from which to enjoy Park City's 7300 acres of terrain. Steps from the Red Pine gondola and the heated Orange Bubble chairlift, Sundial Lodge also houses the resort ski school, ski rentals, ski shop, dining, and retail. For summer fun, check out the new Canyons golf course, ziplines, mountain biking, hiking, and much more.

This studio condo has been completely re-done in August 2021 and with full kitchen, living room and washer dryer provides all the same conveniences of a one bedroom.

The owners of the unit are dedicated to attention to detail and are personally committed to ensuring your stay is truly enjoyable. Furnishings include a contemporary quartz ledger stone-faced gas fireplace, plank flooring, luxurious marble-look tiled bathroom with jetted tub, Stressless® leather recliner with ottoman, and a king-size murphy (wall) bed with a deep-cushion mattress. For additional sleeping the Comfort Sleeper® by American Leather® is the most versatile and comfortable sleeper sofa available.

The full kitchen features granite countertops, all appliances, and Calphalon cookware. You will also find a new high-efficiency stack washer-dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, dishes, quality silverware, glassware, and both drip coffee and a Keurig coffee maker.

With plush robes, luxurious L'Occitane products, real down comforters (please let us know should you have allergies and we will substitute down alternative), and high thread count duvet and linens, we go the extra mile to deliver a superior experience.

The property has a year-round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (pool and roof level), relaxing gas fire pits (pool and roof level), a gym, a luxury ski check with boot dryers, complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite cable, paid underground parking, and more. Beyond the property, you will also enjoy little luxury touches that are the hallmark of your host, Luxury Mountain Destinations/Canyons Village Rentals.

For dining enjoyment, you are steps away from top-rated The Farm, Drafts Burger Bar, and Red Tail Grill. The Umbrella Bar is a favorite for après ski drinks and fun. If you prefer to visit Historic Main Street, there is an on-demand ride service for easy transfer to the Canyons Village Transit Hub.

Are dates not available or need a different size unit? Ask about our other units at Sundial Lodge as well as our other Park City properties.

***Long term (28 night or longer) stays are only accepted April through November.

***Parking at this property is paid (excepting 30 day or longer stays booked no later than April 9 2026 which get FREE parking) and managed by a 3rd party, follow posted instructions upon arrival. Rates subject to change while presently $50/night peak winter December 15 - April 15 and during the July 4th Forum Fest period, $25/night other times, with in/out privileges. Effective with stays booked on/after April 10 2026 long term (30 night or longer) stays will be charged for parking but will be extended a 50% discount (eg parking for a 30 night non-peak stay will be $25/night x 30 nights x 50% = $375)

*** April 2026 through November 2026 building exterior work is scheduled to take place, while inconvenience may vary (depending on where it is occurring when you stay) rates have been discounted for the period in full to compensate in the event of inconvenience.

Adequate accommodations

The condo was smaller than I thought it would be but it was okay for two people. It would not have been okay for three people and it would have been better if ir had been me and my wife versus me and my 16 year old daughter. Be that as it may, the condo was definitely adequate as was the location. I was under the impression for some reason that it was a ski in and ski out unit but it is not and I don’t think any of the Sun Dial units are ski in/ski out units. Again, it is close enough to the lifts that the walk is very doable. Lastly, we booked the unit through VRBO and we were disappointed to see a typed written message on the dining table when we arrived that said if you booked with VRBO, you paid 28% too much! Book directly with us next time!

Cozy but very small

The apartment was very small, and dirty stove, including floor. In the pictures looks bigger. 0 (zero) Accommodations like early check in or late check out, nothing, very disappointed. Although they responded fast to any inquiries!
