The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, this charming apartment with Mountain View in the commune of La Giettaz, located in the "Portes de Mont-Blanc" ski area, which includes La Giettaz, Combloux, Mégève, Le Jaillet and close to the Les Saisies ski resort with a surface area. This 23 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining table...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron.

Exterior:
- A 7 m² balcony to enjoy the fine weather

The apartment is ideally located in La Giettaz, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- In winter: downhill skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, cross-country skiing at Praz sur Arly, snowshoeing...
- Summer: several hiking trails, mountain biking, road biking, fishing, nearby lake.
- The ski slopes are accessible by shuttle bus or car.
- Dogsled rides

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Annecy train station, about 59 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Annecy Mont-Blanc airport, about 55 min by car.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge payable to our local service provider).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
