Cosy and bright 3-room flat close to La Défense and Paris

Welcome to our apartment !

Cozy 3-room space (1 Queen Size bed, 2 double sofa beds) with all comforts and fully equipped on the top floor of a small condominium (1 apartment per floor).

Whether you're here for work or on vacation with friends or family, there is a work corner, a large kitchen, and 3 spacious double beds. We are confident that you will feel at home here.

We have also arranged a space for those who, like us, work while on the move and have paid special attention to connectivity (high-speed fiber connection with excellent coverage throughout the apartment).

The accommodation:

In the living room with a view of La Défense, you will find an HD TV connected to Chromecast and the internet box, as well as a dining table for 4-6 people. Enjoy the sofa for a moment of reading, relaxation, or around drinks. The sofa bed with a real queen-size mattress (160x200cm) can comfortably accommodate two adults.

The bedroom includes a queen-size bed (150x190 cm) and closets and a dresser.

A crib, a baby bathtub, and a high chair are also available upon request.

The second bedroom also has a a workspace and includes a sofa convertible into a queen-size bed and a wardrobe area with an ironing table.

The workspace (in the second bedroom) is set up for two people with a large desk, shelves, a screen (HDMI, VGA, and USB-C adapters available to fit all laptops), Bluetooth keyboards, and mice. We also provide supplies, portable chargers, and adapters for international plugs. All you have to do is connect your laptop upon arrival and enjoy the setup.

The fully equipped kitchen includes: convection oven, induction hob, Italian Moka and filter coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Parking: The street below the apartment is free for parking, as well as other free streets that we can provide upon request.

Public transportation access:
Bus 163 and 164 at the building's doorstep, connecting Nanterre Prefecture to Porte de Clichy.
Large Vélib station at the building's doorstep.
Lines: Tramway T2 (direct to La Defense), Transilien lines L and U within a 10-minute walk. Bus 178 directly to La Défense within a 4-minute walk.

Amenities:

- Restaurant Le Cardinal at the building's doorstep, with very good lunch and dinner menus.
- Intermarché supermarket 2 minutes away on foot.
- Exceptional cheese shop and bakery 6 minutes away on foot.
