Spacious house, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac, 400 m (5 min) from the beach of Porteau, entrance to the large living room - living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, bedroom n°1 (140), a shower room, a separate toilet. Upstairs, bedroom n°2 (2 x 080), bedroom n°3 (2 x 090), a shower room with a toilet.<br>A laundry room with shower cubicle for beach returns.<br>Available, TV and WIFI.<br>The house is not wheelchair friendly<br><br>The price advertised on the website corresponds exclusively to the rental of the house. We provide pillows and duvets. We do not provide dish towels. <br><br>Our concierge company offers the following packages: <br>A bedding and bath towel package that offers a bed set (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and a bath kit (towel and rug). It also includes two dish towels, one for hand and one for dishes. Beds are made on arrival.<br>The price is €18 for a double bed and €14 for a single bed. <br><br>A baby cot package at 15€ which includes: a travel cot with mattress and sheet, a high chair or a booster seat.<br><br>An enclosed garden, possibility to park the vehicle on the property.<br>Unauthorized electric car charging<br><br>Your privileged interlocutor will be Rodolphe to welcome you.

Très belle maison idéalement située près de la plage du Porteau. Nous avons eu un problème avec la chaudière et la personne en charge de la conciergerie nous a pris en charge très rapidement avec grande efficacité.Rien à reprocher tout à saluer

Pornic au calme

Superbe maison, très spacieuse mais assez bien isolée plantée au milieu d'un jardin bien aménagé. L'équipement est tout à fait complet et convenable. Pour des franciliens habitués au bruit, nous avons pleinement profité du calme.Beaucoup de balades à faire dans les environs.A noter un accueil d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Merci à Rodolfe qui gère la maison et pour ses conseils avisés.

Maison de vacances

Très grande maison, proche de la mer à pied (à peine 5 min), proche egalement d'un petit bourg avec quelques commerces utiles, fort sympathique. Rodolphe nous a fort bien accueillis, très disponible. La maison est spacieuse et offre un beau jardin. Nous avons passe un agréable séjour. Merci disponible
