Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Panoramic view of lake superior and the surrounding hills. Twelve acres of woodlands further surrounded by state land. Right in the middle of all that the North Shore has to offer. Hike the surrounding land or hop on the Superior Hiking trail nearby. High speed 1GB internet and WIFI. The cabin is fully stocked the all the needed kitchen supplies for a stay at home meal.

We had a great time on our stay. The cabin had everything we needed and the view of the lake was spectacular to watch with morning coffee. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival which was nice. The communication with the host was very good and very simple. We will keep this cabin on our list for future visits to the north shore.

House had everything we needed and was very clean. The photos in the listing made it seem that the property is far up the hill and there is no mention of neighbors within a few feet. It would also be wise to make it clear the second bathroom is in the basement? But we had a lovely stay despite the rain!

Great remodel inside house. Very accommodating. Great kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. Good location to access hiking trails. Highway 61 is very close. This can be a bit noisy when sitting on the deck, but never heard the traffic while in the house.

This was a great location for our family vacation to the North Shore! We loved that there was enough space for our whole crew. We had fun playing pong and enjoying views of the lake!

Great Location

The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the lake is outstanding. The location is ideal to hit all the local Parks for hiking. We drove into TWO HARBORS as well as Finland for a nice supper. We were able to see everything we wanted and more. On one of our last days we drove into Duluth.

4 long-time friends stayed 3 nights. We hiked, ate out and played board games. Very relaxing time.

Idyllic North Shore Getaway

We chose this location because it is centrally located in the heart of the North Shore of Lake Superior. It did not disappoint. We were abel to make several day trips to popular destinations, did some hiking and if not for the lack of snow, we would have done some skiing as well. The location and the area are very quiet yet easily accessible form HW 61. I would highly recommend this VRBO, it hits all of the marks.

Guys snowmobile get away.

Great place to stay for our group of snowmobilers. The trail and gas station is very close. And an awesome view of Lake Superior.

First Snowmobile Ride of 2025

Awesome location, close to the trail, and plenty of room for parking. Backed our large trailer in 200yds from the road, but was able to turn around the smaller 2-place. Cabin was really nice with a nice area for boots and jackets. Appears to have been recently updated with smart TV’s throughout. Communication with the hosts was awesome. Will definitely be back!

Great stay

This is a great little place with a nice view of the lake. Communication with the owner is seamless and timely. Stayed here several times during November and will definitely be back!

Everything you need and more

Saved so much not having to eat out. When we weren’t out hiking we found total relaxation at this awesome cottage. The view of the bay is beautiful and a campfire at night closed out a perfect vacation day.

Fantastic Girls Week Hiking Adventure!

Four of us sixty-ish women stayed here. The cottage was charming, extremely clean, easy to find, and quiet. We were extremely satisfied to return "home" each night to comfort and a fantastic view of the lake from the living room. The cottage easily accommodated us. Two of us slept downstairs. Surprisingly, none of us could hear others get up at night. We were delighted how peaceful the cottage was! A huge bonus was how great the towels were. We felt like we were staying in a spa. Thank you for making our trip very special!

Family Hiking Trip

Three of my brothers and I spent 5 days doing day hikes on the Superior Hiking Trail. The condo was excellent and in a great location. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Best view in Beaver Bay!

If you are looking for a Lake Superior deck view with your family away from the hustle and bustle of Duluth, look no further! Two bathrooms made this family of five girls and one boy very happy. Ping pong table in the basement, who knew how fun that would be?! We’ll be back for sure!

Cottage in Beaver Bay MN

Great central location between Two Harbors and Grand Morais. We easily spent our time exploring highway 61 sights seeing nearly every nook, outlook, park, and waterfall along the way. Visited several interesting and charming small museums. Good access to basic shopping needs in nearby Silver Springs with more options in Two Harbors 24 miles away. The cottage served us well. We spent most of our time in the top floor which is entered from the parking area. My wife has some mobility issues and mostly uses a walker or cane but also uses a wheelchair for long distances. This space is not wheelchair accessible, but she managed ok with the walker. The cottage was pristine, and the kitchen appliances were fine as were the bathrooms. For those with children, the basement was well appointed with a ping pong table, bedroom with double bunk beds with a separate TV area. Streaming video worked well. The deck outside the upstairs living area had a nice view of Lake Superior. The manager, Colleen, was very responsive and helpful with the couple of minor issues. We lost hot water, and it was fixed the same day. We enjoyed the stay and would return in the future.

Great view

Great views from just above the small town. The two bedrooms and bath upstairs and double bunks downstairs made it ideal for two families and 3 kids. Very accessible from 61 but from the deck looking out at Lake Superior you felt pretty removed from it all. Hosts were great.

Lovely view of Lake Superior

We loved the ping pong table. the only downer was the mosquitos were so thick that we couldn't enjoy sitting out on the deck to enjoy the view better. Perhaps some trimming and spraying around the area would help .
