Beautiful villa, very spacious, a stone's throw from the heavenly beaches of San Marti d'Empuries.

This slightly elevated house is partly on one level.
It consists of a spacious suite equipped with a large bed and a bathroom with WC.
Two other bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with bunk beds complete the sleeping area.
A beautiful central bathroom as well as a laundry room are available on the same level.

A very large, very bright living room consisting of a very well-equipped modern kitchen and a living-dining room with TV, unlimited free WiFi.

This part has large bay windows which bring in exceptional light and give access to the outdoor area where there is the private swimming pool with barbecue and the dining terrace with plenty of space all around to enjoy the Costa Brava sun under Mediterranean pines.

A little further down is a large garage as well as a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom with WC, which offers the residents of the room independence.

This villa is ideal for a family of 6 adults and children/teenagers.

On the grounds of the villa you can accommodate two cars or easily park others outside.
The owner of the house lives in a house on the same property but has neither access nor view of the rented spaces (house, swimming pool terrace, etc.).

L'Escala is a small fishing village south of the Gulf of Rosas on the Costa Brava. The coast is heavenly with a mix of fine sandy beaches, rocks, pine trees... and crystal clear waters which offer a breathtaking spectacle.
The region is rich in activities, whether sporting or cultural.
Nearby you can visit beautiful cities like Barcelona or Girona.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided for your stay (beds are made and there are 2 towels per person).
This villa is ideal for families with children.
On the day of your arrival, I will welcome you personally and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the important information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).
During your entire vacation, I can be reached 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for all information and problems.

Great house for a group, with plenty of space for everyone. Located in a quiet area but only a short walk to the beach and to the old town. 4 supermarkets nearby and an excellent wine shop. The pool, outdoor space and BBQ were great for socialising and the kitchen was well appointed and equipped for the number of guests.

Schön eingerichtetes, zweckmäßiges Haus mit großer Garage für 10 Motorräder. Sauberer großer Pool. Zweite Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen.Ein Aufenthalt ist zu empfehlen.

Super sejour en famille. La villa est spacieuse idéale pour accueillir plusieurs familles avec enfants. Le gros plus la pisicine et 3 climatiseurs.Une grande table pour manger sur la terrasse tres appréciable.1 garage dans lequel nous avons pu garer 2 voitures et des places dans la cour fermée par un portail.Les bémols :- la chambre avec 4 couchages et la salle de bain dans l'annexe de la villa accessible depuis le garage pas climatisé et dans laquelle nous navons pas pu faire dormir les enfants car impossible de les surveiller- les 2 coupures d'eau général (independant du propriétaire à priori)- prevoir une barrière de protection pour les escaliers- idéalement une alarme ou autre pour la pisicine Sinon rien à dire, William l'hôte est très joignable et reponds rapidement.Merci pour votre accueil.

à proximité de la plage et de la ville à pied .Situé dans un endroit tranquille .maison adéquate pour plusieurs personnes (14 personnes notre cas ).barbecue de compétition.salle de bain spacieuse et garage pour 2 voitures et place extérieur pour 3 autres voitures dans cours fermée par portail électrique.grande terrasse pour les amoureux de soleil .seul point négatifs le voisin un peu bordelique et une usine face à la maison .sinon l'ensemble est très correct .

zone industrielle et pas de pression au robinet

très déçu par l emplacement au milieu d une zone industrialo commerciale pratique pour les courses mais vue sur usine pas de jardin et le pire un filet d eau au robinet donc douches difficiles que l agence n as pas su resoudre n a pas envoyé de plombier s est contenté de nous dire que personne avant nous ne s etait plaint

Cette maison est parfaite pour un sejour entre amis avec enfants. La maison est tres bien equipee, piscine, climatisation, television dans chaque chambre, cuisine parfaite donnant sur la terrasse. Situee a 5 min a pied des supermarches et 15 min a pieds des plages. Je recommande +++

Nos ha encantado

Somos un grupo de parejas de unos 50 años de media que vivomos repartidos por el mundo y nos reunimos todos 1 vez al año. Hemos estado genial y hemos disfrutado mucho más que estando en un hotel. Tienes más intimidad y libertad de horarios. La casa está muy bien equipada, no le falta de nada. Las camas muy cómodas. La cocina y la terraza con piscina son brutales. Lo vamos a repetir seguro. Lo reclmiendo 100x100.

Séjour dans une belle villa Escala
