A Few House Rules Dear Guests! You are spending your vacation in a private vacation rental. We’ve taken great care in furnishing the apartment and hope you’ll have a wonderful stay here. The “House Rules” below are intended as a guide, in which we simply describe how we’d ideally like you to treat the apartment and its furnishings. We’ve also listed a few rules that we hope you’ll understand. By treating the apartment with care, you’ll help us continue to provide you with a lovely vacation rental in the future. General: If you notice anything missing from the furnishings or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. All items located in or belonging to the vacation rental may and should be used by guests. Please treat all furnishings and furnishings with care. The renter must treat the rental property with care and ensure that their traveling companions do the same. Please make sure not to enter the apartment with heavily soiled outdoor shoes. Please close the windows when you leave the apartment. This is especially important in inclement weather (Velux windows). Every Thursday, the hot water is heated to a high temperature (to kill germs). Please be careful to avoid the risk of scalding. Please remember that you are in a residential area. Therefore, please observe the quiet hours. Kitchen: Please note that dishes should only be put back in the cabinets once they are clean. The same applies to cutlery, pots, and appliances you have used. Trash and waste: Please separate your trash (yellow bag/paper/bottles/general waste). The general waste bin and the paper bin (blue bin) are located next to the building. You can place bottles and glass next to the general waste bin. Keys: Please do not let your keys out of your possession. If the keys are lost, the tenant is liable for up to the cost of replacement. Damage: No one intentionally damages property, but accidents can happen to anyone. We would appreciate it if you would report any damage so that we do not discover it during the final cleaning after your departure. Tenants are liable for damage to the extent that they, their traveling companions, or guests caused it or are otherwise responsible for it. However, this does not include minor incidents, such as a broken glass. Smoking: Please do not smoke inside the apartment. You’ll find an ashtray on the landing. Pets: Pets are not allowed. Check-out: On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Upon your departure, the vacation rental should, if possible, look roughly the same as when you arrived. We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation, and rest.
