The primary bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub and separate shower stall, while the hall bathroom located on the other side of the home near the additional three bedrooms offers a tub and shower combo. There is a third bathroom near the kitchen which offers a shower stall. We provide freshly laundered towels and washcloths for each guest. In addition to the basics, you'll find:

Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/each pet/per night. We will charge the card on file. Those fees will be processed by Distinguished Stays. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 10 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.

Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Thursday.

Even with our regular pest management services, it's possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.
