Two story Victorian home with full kitchen, living room with fireplace, study, and three bedrooms. Lighted gazebo and fire pit for outdoor gatherings. Located on a 78 acre family owned registered tree farm. Perfect for bird-watching. Located near local wineries and olive groves, nature reserves and wetlands. One hour drive from the Gulf of Mexico and local beaches.

This property may be out of the way from touristy areas, but it is a fantastic property with lots of space to lounge around both inside and outside. It was serene.

Wedding Trip

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. Even though we had not a moment to actually relax we were so comfortable in this beautiful home. It felt like home and reminded us of our house.

Family retreat

Lovely well kept and clean home. Our family enjoyed the yard and entire property. Kitchen was well stocked and we used the gas grill for a cookout one evening. Host was responsive and property was easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

Greetings. Welcome to the Blue Heron Inn located in Fannett, Texas. I am owner of this second generation home located on the 78 acre family farm. We manage a registered tree farm and wildlife habitat. We raised our three children and now 8 grandchildren on this farm and are happy to share with you. I am a nature lover and enjoy nature hiking, bird-watching, gardening, and beach combing.
