Our cute design will make you feel right at home and cozy leaving you a place to relax. Just a couple minutes from your YMCA, grocery store, and a fantastic bakery across from Albertsons for your morning sweet tooth. Enjoy the quiet cul de sac home on a dead-end street. Minutes from downtown Caldwell and the YMCA, this "Deco Duplex" is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and a perfect place to visit family, stay the night while traveling or a quick getaway for the weekend. Professionally designed to make your stay relaxing and stylish. You'll have everything you need in this home including an oversized 2 car garage.

Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you! It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. We’re passionate about our homes because we’ve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families. We know what we like in a home and what we would need when we're traveling away from home. We’re excited to pass on memory making opportunities with you in the homes that we are able to share!
