Kick back & relax at our adorable studio style apartment on the Mermentau River.
This gem has a full bathroom, a complete kitchen with all of the amenities, a queen size suite, queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen smart tv, free wifi, and a fireplace!
Outside, we have a private enclosed patio area with plenty of seating as well as a grill area. Swimming pool on property for renters to use when in season. Enjoy our beautiful decks on the river with plenty of seating to relax with the family! The gorgeous view is phenomenal, or you can cast a line and fish the afternoon away!
Guests also have access and use of our private boat launch nearby. We offer plenty of parking space for you during your stay. Beautiful river scenery for your viewing pleasure!
Need more space for family? Rent the upstairs penthouse apartment at the same time and receive discounted pricing! Rent the upstairs and downstairs for you and your family!


We do offer kayak rentals! Kayaks are $25 per day per rental and include a life jacket and paddle!

We had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was very clean and supplied. We enjoyed the proximity to the river. And the pool was great! The host stopped by to talk to us. We will be back!

Wonderful lil gem on the Mermentau River. The accommodations were superb. The atmosphere was grand. And the amenities were divine. Everything was great from swimming, fishing off the wharf, or just taking in the tranquil surroundings. Would have never guessed such a great place was tucked into our locality.

A place for Travelers and locals

If you are from outside of La. and want an authentic Cajun experience you have found your spot. Everything you would want is right here at your finger tips. The owner is ready to greet you with a smile and typical Cajun hospitality. If you are a La. resident and want to get away from the everyday grind, just do it. Book this place and leave all the troubles and stress of daily life behind you. He also does events here, and that dock has got to be the best place to have a wedding! He has it all, and it's waiting for you.

A little slice of Heaven!

What an absolute delight this property is! The peace and quiet of the property, the beautiful dock overlooking the river, the comfort of the rental and so much more! A potential renter can NOT go wrong renting this. I am sure in the summer it has so many other things to do such as the pool, fishing, kayaking, boating, etc. I just needed absolute peace, quiet and solitude in March and could not have been more pleased. The hosts are GREAT!

Great private road, quiet neighborhood. Love the place the deck on the River with beautiful views. Everyone enjoyed fishing when we were not in the swimming pool! We rented both Studios gave plenty privacy for my Daughter and Grandbabies. They were really clean and enjoyed the set up. The Studios were decorated stylishly even the Boys commented on it. We had a fantastic time! Will cherish our memories there. On the morning of departure my 3 year old Grandson was crying saying he didn't want to leave, I wasn't ready either! Brad came introduced himself to our family chatted for a bit, very nice gentleman! We were so appreciative of him sharing his estate with us. Would love to go back and bring the boat next time!

Cute efficiency apartment

The apartment is cozy and well decorated with style. Would have been even better if it had coffee cups, cooking utensils, and a broom or swifter since we were evacuating from a hurricane and had to stay for a month. Otherwise it was a life saver.
