The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, crockery for 7 people, kettle, coffee maker, oven, and ceramic hob. The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms: one near the kitchen with two single beds (90 cm), and two others near the living room (one with a double bed (140 cm), and the other with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm)). The bathroom has a bathtub. There is a separate toilet.

You will appreciate the large garden and the mountain views.

An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants leave the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually left.
