Excellent property

This was a great location near the Cerros with access to shops and restaurants. This 2 level penthouse was secure, TVs in the primary bedroom and living area. Definitely space for the entire family. I would stay here again.

The property itself was beautifully decorated just as shown in pictures. The property though lacked cleaning not sure if it was closed off for a while but didn't seem like freshly clean for new guest to arrive. Property manager was friendly but then hard to reach but we were able to connect with the owner and address the issue. Responsive asked for extra towels and linens were provided. We had an issue with the AC unit upstairs and a tech was sent out. Pros, of our stay location, parking, safety with private gate entrance and amble space for the party of 10. Cons, 4-story walkup no elevator, AC needs attention or replace with wall units like the downstairs bedroom.

Thank you for your review the penthouse before you arrived was fumigated, cleaned and sanitized. When you reached out to us immediately next day we sent a work order to fix everything you said needed attention and got everything fixed including The AC. The housekeeper started cleaning the half bathroom and your father ask them to stop because he said was no need to because everything was cleaned and spotless so they proceeded and stopped cleaning. Then supplied fresh and more cleaned linen and towels.
