Newly Listed 3-bdrm, 3-bath Townhouse with Hot Tub + sauna. Minutes from Mt Snow. Free shuttle service to the mountain from the front of the unit. whether you are a Skier, Hiker or in need of relaxation by the Pool, this townhome will fit your needs. Heated pool open from May-Oct

Free Shuttle service from the front of the townhome to Mt Snow, the Town of Wilmington and throughout RT-100 for access to restaurants and bars.

* - Primary renter must be 30 and over

*- Pets will be considered( Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/ up to 3 night stay. $150 for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.

*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.
* - Guest must be 30 and over.
*- Pets will be considered( Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/ up to 3 night stay. $150 for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.)

Great Trip

We stayed for 5 nights in February and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, had everything we needed and was a short ride to both the mountain and restaurants.

Great weekend getaway

A great property, very easy access to the mountain via free bus system. Emilio was very communicative and flexible! Would definitely book this house again!

Mount Snow

Our stay at the house was great. We enjoyed the indoor hot tub. Being on the shuttle route made getting to and from the mountain super easy. House was very comfortable and it had everything we needed.

The place was awesome for our Vermont ski vacation! We had 4 adults and 2 little kids and we used the two queen/king rooms and the twin bedroom, none of the extra beds (trundle, pullout, etc). The space was great - nice big coach in front of the TV, good dining space with seating for 8, well stocked kitchen, and cool third level loft space.The hot tub and sauna were also awesome and we used every day.Host was helpful and responsive before and during our stay.Shuttle to the mountain is awesome and was crucial on a vacation Saturday when the parking lots entirely filled up!Would stay again!

Solid ski condo

It is the vintage of most of the ski condos around Mt. Snow, but had everything needed, on the shuttle route, convenient location, good hot water, nice fireplace, and no problems.

Great stay near Mt. Snow!

We had a fabulous time staying at this comfortable house less than a mile from Mt. Snow. The house was well stocked with just about everything you would need for a long ski weekend. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, great spaces to hang out and play games after a day of skiing. The only thing that would have made this place perfect would be ski in/ski out access, but the mountain is just a little ways down the road and parking was pretty easy, especially during the week. The property manager was great, even called me to make sure we were doing OK! A couple more blankets might be helpful. Overall, a terrific place to stay! Thanks!

Been going to this area in VT for 25 years. We originally came for the skiing at Mt Snow but now we come for all seasons. The foliage is beautiful, the summers are amazing. No humidity and you sleep with a blanket.

1/4 mile to Carinthia lift at Mt Snow. Free shuttle bus to/from the mountain for the winter. The summer months offers a pool with Tennis courts. Close to lakes and golf.
