1 kitchen with TV, equipped with induction hob 3 fires, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave -
1 double bedroom in 160cm for 2 people with TV and duvet -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
Heating package of 14€/week from October to May. Electric heating. Free public parking in front of the residence. Very good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank card and optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).

In the heart of the lively resort of Trébeurden (sailing school, restaurants, marina, many sandy beaches, hiking trail GR34), and close to shops, a beautiful location to discover the Côte de Granit Rose.
