One bedroom Canyons Village Condo/Hotel two minute walk to lifts.

Yotelpad Park City opened in December 2020. Most units are privately owned. The second floor one bedroom unit is stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. Yotelpad provides complimentary ski storage and boot dryers. Conveniently located near laundry room and elevator. Common areas including game rooms, fitness and steam room will keep everyone entertained when not on the slopes. Outdoor lounging available with fire pits, jacuzzi and pool. Credit card required by the front desk at check-in for incidentals and to charge nightly resort fee ($39.74). Min age 25 for person checking in.

The space
Non-smoking unit is fully furnished with modern, smart-living furniture. Sleeps four comfortably with separate bunk room and tv. Queen-size murphy bed in living room easily pulls down over the couch after removing the back cushions. Shower only with heated towel rack. Bright, western-facing, open views of mountains, orange bubble lift and gondola.

Fully-stocked kitchenette has a refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, blender, crock pot, toaster oven and two electric burners for cooking. Ice maker located in laundry room.

Guest access:
Hotel offers valet parking. If guest isn't driving, Summit County offers free public transportation and shuttles via an app called High Valley Transit. Using the app is similar to Uber/Lift, but it's completely free! There is a public bus stop behind the hotel that may require transfers at the 7-11 near the entrance to Canyons Village. There is a small grocery/liquor store, the Marketplace, located in Westgate-behind Yotelpad.

Other things to note:
The closest large grocery store is Smith's at Kimball Junction. There are many restaurants, fast food and shops there. On the other side of Route 224, there is a Walmart and Whole Foods.

Awesome spot, awesome condo

Would give it 6 stars if I could. Spotless, incredible location, amazing accommodations at a very reasonable price. Just me and my teenager but my wife and second daughter could easily have stayed there with us and still been comfortable. Plus heated ski boots from the ski valet! Oh and indoor parking too!

Perfect location

This is our second time staying at Karen’s property and it is always clean and perfect for my husband and two kids. We love the pool and hot tub. It is the perfect few days away for us!

Great Location

We stayed here for the first time and we really enjoyed it. Great location close to the hill, with pool, hot tub and ski valet service. Room was clean, new, clever and efficient. Beds are comfortable. Hotel staff is generally nice. A few were aloof but most were very nice.

Excellent stay at Karen‘s condo!

The condo was exactly as described on the listing. It was a huge plus, that the bunk beds were located in their own room…most of these Studios have them located within the main room, which provides less privacy. Karen promptly communicated with us and answered all our questions. Super clean with lots of basic supplies. We are booking our next trip!

Amazing

My family and I stayed were very pleased with our stay. Everything about this property is very convenient for a ski vacation with your family. The lift is just steps away from the property. The property also has many amenities that make your ski vacation even more pleasurable. Karen was also very prompt in communicating with us throughout our stay.

This was the perfect place! Besides being convenient to the lifts and mountain, it suited our all of our needs. It was extremely well maintained. Our host and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. We didn't lack for anything. We would definitely recommend staying here to others and we would love to return for another stay!

Great trip, just as expected

We had a great family trip and loved being able to walk to the lifts. Kids loved the pool and game room. Karen was very helpful in advance to provide information on what supplies were in the unit. Highly recommend.

Excellent euro-style accommodation is a short walk to the gondola. Offers exactly what you need for days on the hill.

Additional “Resort Fee”

The property was great and the host was very responsive, but it was very unfair that additional fees were added to my bill upon checking out. How can you agree to a price to rent a property, pay, stay, and upon leaving find out that the property has implemented extra “resort fees” to the tune of $40/night extra? I don’t blame the host - it is the property that is wanting their slice of the pie. But that is not fair and not right. We had already paid. By the time the host had informed us that an extra “resort fee” would be added to our stay, we had already bought plane tickets and lift tickets. We could not cancel. I will gladly change my review if I am refunded the nightly “resort fee” that was added on after the fact.

The property is located I a very nice spot. It’s close to the lifts and base area(3 min walk to lift). It was well stocked with items and very clean. Our only complaint is that it was very bright at night due to being next to the pool and not having adequate window shading. It was like the Sun had just came up all night long. Noise wasn’t a problem other than a few typical condo noises. Overall a nice place and just needs better window coverings for us.

Great location & Functional ski-in / Ski-out Pad!

We just completed a 5 night stay in this unit. It was a super functional space for a family of 4. It was a 3 minute walk to be at the base of the Canyons and easy to jump on the Red Pine Gondola or ski down to the Orange bubble. The unit was very clean and the owner was great to work with and very communicative. She does a nice job stocking a few nice to have items like microwave popcorn, Nespresso pods, and everyday condiments. We appreciated the full size fridge, stove top, and toaster. Not to mention the morning Nespresso! The YotelPad's ski valet was super easy which includes boot dryers! The location is also very convenient for using the park city bus system. Right outside the YotelPad is a pick-up stop that gets you started on a bus ride to downtown park city, and it is Free!
