My condo, Sea4Urself, is ready to be your home away from home for your beach vacation. The condo was completely renovated from top to bottom when I purchased it in 2021 and has been updated in 2025. It is in building #2 in the Surf Condos. You have an unobstructed view of the ocean, dunes, and pool from the condo!

I am Rob, your host. I encourage you to read the over 130 reviews that I have earned. The reviews will tell you everything you need to know about my condo and the hosting services that I provide to my guests. I am extremely proud to report that my condo is rated 10/10 in all Vrbo rating categories and is the #1 rated condo in the town of Surf City! I strive to give all of my guests a hassle, stress & worry free vacation. I am a certified international tour manager and full time year round Topsail Beach resident. Living right down the road from the condo makes it easy for me to provide amazing service to my guests. I have travelled through all 50 U.S. states and 58 different countries. I know what beach vacationers want and need and how to provide it to my guests! Every visitor who stays at my condo receives warm and welcoming hospitality before, during and after their stay. I truly care that my guests have a wonderful experience when they choose my condo for their vacation.

The condo has 1 bedroom. It has a King sized bed, TV, dressers, nightstands, and a blackout shade. There are Twin sized bunk beds in the hallway. Additionally, there is a Queen sized pullout sofa in the living room. At maximum capacity you can fit 2 in the bedroom, 2 in the bunk beds, and 2 on the sofa. That's why Vrbo lists that my 1 bedroom condo sleeps 6 people. You can see the ocean, dunes and pool from the condo. Sea4Urself was remodeled top to bottom in 2021 and updated in 2025 with high end everything. The kitchen has all of the equipment and gadgets that you need. The TV's are large. The couches and recliner comfortable. The wall decorations and pictures are relaxing and inviting. The private deck has high quality chairs and a table where you have an unobstructed view to the ocean, dunes and pool. The deck is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon happy hour!

The condo has an upscale vibe and a beachy feel to it. It is not a luxury property, and is not being advertised as such. Sea4Urself is a super comfortable, professionally and properly cleaned, totally stocked full kitchen condo with an ocean view. The condo is less than a 1 minute walk to the beach ramp and olympic sized pool. So easy & convenient. It has everything you need. I make sure that the condo is fully stocked with all of the essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, and much more. It was remodeled and is updated with all high quality amenities. Going back and forth from the condo to the beach or pool during your days could not be easier! The condo comes with a private reserved covered parking space that fits 2 vehicles right under the condo!

The condo also comes with a private equipment shed. In the shed there are brand new high quality beach chairs, both in high and low style for relaxing on the beach in comfort. In the shed you will find a full sized shibumi shade, brand new boogie boards, a beach umbrella, pails, shovels, pool noodles, a raft, and more. There is no need to bring your beach equipment from home. Everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool is right here waiting for you!

The Surf Condos are located 1 mile north of the Surf City bridge on the ocean side of the street. The town of Surf City is between the condo and the bridge, giving you easy access to everything you need. It is very easy to get to and use the restaurants and shops in Surf City. It is less than a 5 minute drive to anywhere in town. Walking along the beach is safe and easy during the daytime and at night.

Topsail Island is a 26 mile long coastal barrier island that is very narrow between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. The island has no traffic lights, high rises, or national chains. We are a simple, laid-back, easy place to be. Those seeking nightlife, glitz and glamour should look elsewhere. Those who enjoy a beautiful beach in a natural setting that feels the same as it has for decades will be ecstatic with their choice.

If you are looking for a very comfortable, clean, well maintained updated condo with a full kitchen and private deck with an ocean view in a perfect location to enjoy a hassle free beach vacation less than a 1 minute walk to the beach ramp and pool then you have found exactly what you are searching for! I am an owner who truly cares about his guests having a wonderful experience. I am a full time year round Topsail Beach resident. There are only 466 full time residents in Topsail Beach. I live right down the road from the condo, making me available to you with prompt and excellent communication and service should anything be needed before, during or after your stay.

*Some Other Information that's important to know: Please be sure to read this including the linen and towel policy that is standard on Topsail Island*:

- This is referred to as a "First Floor Unit". Due to the fragile environment of being on a barrier island and the real threats of hurricanes and tropical storms, it is against the law to live on the ground floor anywhere on Topsail Island. It is 14 steps to get into the condo. There is no elevator or ramp available. You must use the stairs.
- No grills are allowed on the decks at the Surf Condos. There is a grilling area with charcoal grills at the Southwest corner of the property available for you to use anytime.
- There is a washer / dryer room in the complex, but there is no washer or dryer inside the unit.
- The grilling area and laundry room are a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk from the condo.
- ***Linens and Towels are not included in your rental. You either have to bring your own linens and towels or I am happy to set up a rental for your stay. I receive and pass along my full time locals discount to you. This is due to the history of Topsail Island rentals being available to rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday only. The majority of houses and condos are still rented in this manner. Due to this, most of the Island gets turned around on Saturdays between 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. The cleaners who work on the island come into the condo and clean it for you. They do a fantastic job. There is simply not enough time to make beds and do laundry services. That's how this long standing policy of bring your own or rent linens and towels came into effect. The cost of renting linens & bath and beach towels, which includes delivery to and pick up from the condo door is $38 for 1 person, $45 for 2, $75 for 3, $100 for 4, $135 for 5, and $145 for 6 people.***
- The Condo is perfect for a couple and for a family of 4. With the pull out sofa it sleeps 6 people without any problem.
