In Travaillan, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you for rent this charming 70 m² single-storey house with shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 1,000 m² garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 45 m² living room with bay windows, sofa, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bathroom with shower and WC

From outside the accommodation, you can access a spacious bedroom with a king-size double bed (180×200).

Communal area :
- Shared covered swimming pool (unheated - 4 x 9 m) open from April to October
- Terrace and garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- Fully enclosed olive grove
All these areas are shared with the owners and their pets.

This south-facing house is ideally located in Travaillan, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free directly in the house's private parking lot.

Gîte du Mas Saint Paul Lucie und Baptiste mit ihren 3 Kindern, 2 Hunden und einer Katze waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber! Das Haus und die angrenzende Wohnung liegt zwar auf dem Land, aber die Umgebung mit den vielen Weinfeldern ist herrlich. Die Privatsphäre wurde jederzeit gewahrt. Das Auto steht im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Eine Einladung zum Apero war sehr feundlich und unter der Platane im Innenhof war es supergemütlich. Mit einem Mix aus Englisch und Französisch hatten wir einen gute Zeit. Die Wohnung – besonders der Ess-/Wohnbereich – ist mit raumhohen Fenstern, die man zur Seite schieben kann, hell und freundlich. Das Schwimmbad ist dank Überdachung auch am frühen Morgen und bei nicht so warmer Witterung optimal. Das Bad ist klein aber ausreichend. Die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein schöneres Geschirr und (Wein-)Gläser wären optimierbar. Alles in allem 4 herrliche Tage. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. MERCI BIEN!

Zeer rustig gelegen Gite tussen wijn- en olijfgaarden met sympathieke eigenaren, zijnde Lucie en Baptiste die zeer gastvrij zijn. 🙁 Enig minpuntje: slaapkamer zonder toilet alleen buitenom bereikbaar."
