While this home does not offer air conditioning, it's essential to note that AC remains a relatively rare feature in Jackson Hole properties. Stairs will be required at this property to access the second floor and a ladder is required to access the loft. Pictures of the loft ladder and loft entry can be viewed in the listing photos.

Construction work will be taking place in the Teton Shadows Parking Lot during Spring / Summer '25. While efforts will be made to minimize inconvenience, it is important to note that parking availability may be limited in the parking lot as a result of these improvements. Parking will still be available in garages for units that have access and in front of garages for all other units.

Parking is available for 3 vehicles -- 1 vehicle will fit behind the garage, 1 vehicle in the parking spaces facing the field, and the garage can accommodate 1 compact car.
