It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 150 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, gas barbecue, tumble dryer, bikes available (3 adult bikes (1 mountain bike and 2 city bikes) and 3 children's bikes (approx. 12, 10 and 6 years old). The adult city bikes have a luggage rack and the children's bikes are mountain bikes. The adult city bikes have luggage racks and the children's bikes are mountain bikes).

Outside :
- A beautiful 150 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Plurien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.
