Prime oceanfront contemporary with awesome ocean views at this Long Beach Island (LBI) home. An open living area with high ceiling, two full width oceanfront decks plus a roof top deck to enjoy 360-degree views of the ocean, the sunset over the bay and Atlantic City to the south. Wonderfully designed reverse living provides ocean views and plenty of sunlight from kitchen and family room on 2nd floor.

An oceanfront escape with 4 BR, 3.5 BA + an additional outside shower. The 1st floor family room has a full bath that you could consider making into a potential 5th bedroom (pull out couch could expand to 12 occupants). Many special features including a spectacular curved entrance wall. An extra-large paved parking area can fit up to 7 cars plus one in the garage.

The Bedroom layout is:
1st Floor (4 rooms and two full baths):
• Room 1 - Queen Bed
• Room 2 – 4 total beds (Full bunk bed and twin bunk bed)
• Room 3 - 2 twin beds
• Room 4 - family room with a full bath that you could consider making a potential 5th bedroom with pull out couch bed.

2nd Floor:
• Master – King Bed

Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in both family rooms (1st and 2nd floor) and outdoor shower.

LBI boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! This oceanfront home has beach access just to the right of the house. The beach has lifeguard stations to both the right and left of the access road. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach badges (6), boogie boards, and beach toys are all provided for your enjoyment.

The home is on the southern end of Long Beach Island in the quieter section of Holgate, but just under 2 miles from the center of Beach Haven. The LBI shuttle bus stop is 4 houses away and runs from the southern tip of the island all the way to the historic Barnegat Lighthouse on the northern end. So park your car for the week and enjoy the beach. Beach Haven is the epitome of a beach town, with restaurants, eclectic shops, a water park (Thundering Surf), an amusement park (Fantasy Island), Bay Village shops.

Need an elevator? This unit has that too and its available on request for an additional $200/week charge.

Hot tub not available.

Check in time 3:00pm on Saturday and check out time 10:00am the following Saturday.

House is cleaned each week during the turnover and renters are expected to leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived. Excess cleaning and missing beach badges will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking will result in immediate cancellation of rental agreement and security deposit forfeited.
