Nest by the Marina

You’ll have sole access to a wonderfully decorated three bedroom condominium unit in a fully secure, gated complex. You’ll have a view of the Marina and be minutes from the ferry to the sister islands, the Rainforest, the bio bay, snorkeling and scuba tours. Fabulous food abounds from chain fast foods to finger licking local fare. The area is ideal for ecological tours as well as for delighting in the luxury nature offers. The complex is equipped with its own power generator and potable water reserve, ensuring safety and comfort during utility interruptions.

The great escape ~

Beautiful place. The host was very communicative and getting checked in was a breeze. You have to check in with security before entering the gates which was nice. It’s reassuring to know that random people can’t come and go. Security up front is there 24/7. The apartment was beautiful, 3 bedroom and 2 bath. It included a washer and dryer in the kitchen. There is also a balcony with a cute set up and a hammock. Beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. The property has plenty to provide as far as amenities. There’s a few pools on the property, as well as a tennis court. We also saw a gym, which was located near the infinity pool. There are a few restaurants located on the marina and plenty towards Las Croabas which are all within 10-15 mins. We found that this location was pretty close to all the activities we were interested in going to. We were about 40 mins from San Juan, 30 min from Ceiba, and 35 min away form El Yunque. We very much enjoyed our stay here and definitely will be booking with this Host again. Thank you Gil!

Gil is a great host and i definitely will be back the area is amazing !

This is a great property i definitely recommend it to anyone with island dreams very clean and very nice atmosphere in a great off main road location

Puerto Rico Getaway

The condo complex was secure and we felt quite safe. The condo interior is nicely decorated and was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern and new appliances and had everything that was needed to make meals. The balcony overlooking the marina was a cozy place for coffee in the morning and for relaxing in the evening. The local road traffic did get loud at times.

Was a very nice 3bd room apartment. Ckean, nice wking appliances, they had lotsvof extras.
