On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. The entrance is on the top floor. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and 1 baby bed, dinette, TV and safe. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living room with dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. Parking space (for 1 car) in a local car park (distance 300 m). Each apartment has 1 numbered parking space (either in the courtyard of the house or 300m away).

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (3 m x 7 m 1.20 m deep). The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.
