Local couple that have lived in Colorado since 1987. Empty nesters that work in Summit County since 1996. Raised both children in the Summit schools. Active in community organizations. Support local charities for food bank, free meals, scholarships, mental health, etc. They rent their house infrequently. They share their comfortable home when they travel to the beach or other getaways. Their goal is to make your vacation happy, stress-free, and relaxing.

The location is on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with mostly 2nd home owners for neighbors, which means you may not see many people nearby. Easy access to 7 ski resorts: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mt., Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Vail, Beaver Creek. Keystone is about 10 miles away. Breck/Copper/Loveland are about 20 miles. Vail is about 30 miles. Summertime hiking out the back door, community trails connect to the Eagles Nest Wilderness area. Lots of wonderful hiking. The Blue River is just down the hill, and there is a paved biking/walking trail that runs along the river which goes to the Outlet Mall, restaurants, Dillon Lake, Frisco, Dillon, Breck, Copper, Vail Pass, Keystone. The Raven golf course is the foundation of our neighborhood development. It turns into cross-country skiing in the winter.

Comfortable common areas for visiting, peaceful mountain getaway. Frequent deer & fox visits (almost daily), occasional moose & bear visits. Backyard in summer has garden with patios, picnic table, views of The Thorne & Red Peak.
