Two bedroom apartment in a calm area

It is a perfect two rooms apartment on the ground floor with everything one can need to have a comfortable staying: two separate rooms with a double bed in one room and a large sofa with a sleeping function in another (an air mattress can be provided in needed for more guests), a cosy bathroom with a tube and a separate WC, a very nice kitchen with all necessary appliances (micro-wave, fridge, gas stove and oven, table with 4 chairs, glassware, towels), and a separate laundry room. There is a very fast WIFI in this apartment and a distant control outdoor, two balconies and a large entrance hall which can be used as the third room.
