Cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage in the heart of Sandy Pond. Steps to water access and boat launch. Four season home. Perfect location for boating, all season fishing (including salmon and ice fishing), beach-going, snowmobiling. Located a row back from the water, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club. A mile from Sandy Island Beach State Park, and a close drive to Southwick beach and Selkirk State park. Beautiful salmon River falls are a great day trip nearby.

We also own the cottage next door (Cozy Cottage in Sandy Pond) and the two can get booked together.

Great place to stay!

We had an amazing time at the cozy cottage in Sandy Pond! The place was clean and exactly as described. Kyle gave us great directions to get to the house and was available if we had any questions. We will be staying here again!

The home was extremely clean and well-maintained. The instructions from the host were accurate in terms of how to get there, given that the home was located off the main road. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful property! Very accommodating to our needs. Location semi-central to most fishing activities. Seemingly away from town center in a somewhat suburban setting yet within proximity to everything (I.e, groceries, liquor, etc.). Very well maintained property.

Comfortable with 3 bedrooms and a loft. Outdoor patio with a grill and deck was great for eating outside. Second time we stayed here while we were in the area salmon fishing.

Great place!

This property was amazing. The space was just the right size and the yard was massive! We were able launch our boat right out back, which was great for those hot beach days. We will most certainly be staying again!

Super clean and comfortable

The cottage, newly remodeled, was a great place to stay for a few weeks, while we worked remotely. Very clean and fresh. Great location near Sandy Island Beach and Boater's Beach.

We saw the eclipse here

Beautifully renovated cabin in a quiet area focused on outdoor recreation/fishing. Perfect place to see the eclipse in the path of totality. The cabin was well appointed with comfy beds and all the room we needed. Check in/entry process was easy and seamless.

Cute and cozy

Great house. It was cozy but plenty of room for everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked plenty of towels and pillows etc. Everything we needed was there. Quiet neighborhood. Great parking. Would definitely stay again.

2nd home

It was just a couple of days and own another cottage in the area. It was a perfect second location for over flow of family visiting. Very clean, very comfortable. And two of us had to work part of the day. Super convenient that it was hooked up to wifi.
