We are providing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting services.

Newer construction on historic Columbia Avenue and quiet Page Street alley in the heart of Cape May. Honored by being included on the City's 2009 Spring House Tour sponsored by the Mid Atlantic Arts Center. Centrally located within walking distance to the beach, churches, gourmet restaurants, Washington Street Mall, adjacent to the Cape May Day Spa, off street parking, 52' flat screen TV, dining room for 10, 2300 square feet of living space with 800 square feet of storage, ceiling fans in all rooms, outdoor shower, beach box filled with beach chairs and located on a horse & carriage route. Rental includes professional cleaning before check in and on-call professional property management service and free WiFi. This home can be rented in tandem with the sister house VRBO #987006 and VRBO #238637.

In walking distance to the Cape May Christmas parade-great for families!

Linens (sheets, pillowcases, wash cloths, towels) are not included. Pillows and bed comforters are provided. Linens may be rented by local linen companies.

Great Cape May vacation

Perfect location- walk to beach, shops. Layout excellent and trundle beds worked very well for grandkids. One slight issue with dryer was handled promptly. We enjoyed our stay!

Welcome Spring!

The home was beautiful. Spacious, plenty of room for 7 adults and one active 8 year old.y husband uses a walker,the elevator enabled him to enjoy his vacation too! There was so much to do, in town, watching the swans on their nest in the nearby sanctuary was a treat.

Perfect Cape May Getaway

The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the mall and Cape May town beach. Wrap around porch was relaxing for reading a book or eating a meal outside. Sparkling clean, well-stocked. Really beautiful place.

Girls Weekend

Absolutely excellent. Perfect location and gorgeous setting. The porch is amazing. The house was spotless. The owners were lovely- very helpful and accommodating. We are hoping to go back as a group again next year!

Beautiful cottage!

We were a group of 7 cousins and much appreciated the accessible amenity of an elevator. The cottage was comfortable, clean and centrally located….just a short walk to Washington Mall, the beach, restaurants and Congress Hall. Kitchen adequate but needs more glass wine glasses! Two coffee machines helped a lot! Would love to come back!

50th birthday weekend

Came with 2 other couples and some friends for my wife’s 50th birthday weekend. Everyone had a great time. The house (we’ve stayed here before) is very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. It’s located ideally to the beach and shopping downtown so we could walk to both very conveniently. We took a couple drives to local wineries and breweries and had a wonderful time. Everyone is already talking about when we are going to come back again. Highly recommend.

Perfect Setting

The Corner Beach House was the perfect setting for our multi-generational family vacation. The house is in a central location making enjoying all that Cape May offers convenient. We could walk to everything we wanted. For a home that can host 12 people the kitchen could use a few more essentials for large groups that may not always be eating out. Otherwise the house had everything we could need! We would definitely return!

Lovely House

Stayed here for a friends weekend away and it was perfect. The house was clean and very spacious. Walkable to most things or a short drive. I do wish there was a Keurig available and that the check in process was more clear. The code is for the garage door (and there are two garages…) but certain doors also have a keypad so it took us some time to figure out how to even get in the house.

Adult Family vacation

This is a spectacular property. Having bedrooms for adults to sleep comfortably is spectacular. Having 1-king and 3 queens of which there are 2 masters and another full bathroom is a total reason we booked this property. Location to Washington Street Mall for walking was great. Some walked to beach some biked. The spacious porch was outstanding and always had a breeze. Garage space amazing.Can't say enough about this property. One more thing..the elevator such a bonus for loading and unloading. Suggestion,,,, double check the elevator one more time when leaving for items.

Birthday trip with friends

Had a fun time staying here for a friend’s birthday weekend. There was more than enough room (and bathrooms) for our group of 11, and the location & accommodations were great—whether that was taking the short walk to Washington Street Mall & the beach, sipping coffee on the porch, eating together at the large wooden table, or venturing out to the nearby wineries & breweries. Will definitely consider staying here again!

My Dream Beach House

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, great layout for our family (grandparents, parents, and three kids). Our boys loved watching the horse-drawn carriages and trolleys from the porch! Would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay at the Corner Beach House

The house was perfect for our group, and very spacious and comfortable, and is in good location walkable you beach and to town for most. We had our 93 year old mother with us, so the elevator inside was helpful. I would recommend not using the front steps if you have any issues with stairs as they’re very step, but very easy entry from the back.

Excellent Property!

The location is incredible - about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and also 10 minute walk the opposite direction to grocery and the Mall. Nice playground nearby as well. Very clean and roomy. Will absolutely book again next time we are in town.

Marc and Pamela DeBlasio designed, built and branded The Corner Beach House. We originally purchased this property as a vacant lot and we realized our dream in creating a new vacation destination in historic downtown. As a vacationing family, our vision is to create the quintessential Cape May vacation experience that provides all of the amenities that we desire and enjoy on our family vacations . The house slogan "Be of Good Cheer" is a dedication and tribute to the former property owner and long standing Cape May resident Robert Fite. When we purchased the property from Mr. Fite, he was nothing but a true gentleman and exemplified Cape May hospitality.
